从“背离学科”到“回归学科”:教学模式改革的迷失与觉醒

【摘要】:教学模式有一般模式与学科模式之别,其建构、运用与推广应充分考虑学科特性,然而当下实践中出现了典型的"背离学科"倾向,促使教学模式的实践改革失却本真、误入迷途,流弊甚远。究其原因,在于管理本位的制度驱使、教育功利的心态作怪以及学科教学的研究薄弱等。基于此,从校长、教师和组织三个方面提出教学模式走出"去学科化"误区的实践建议。
[Abstract]:The teaching model is different from the subject model, and its construction, application and popularization should take into account the characteristics of the subject. However, there is a typical tendency of "deviating from the discipline" in the practice, which makes the practice reform of the teaching model lose its essence. It's a long way to get astray. The reasons lie in the system driven by management, the mentality of utilitarian education and the weak research on subject teaching and so on. Based on this, the author puts forward some practical suggestions from three aspects of principal, teacher and organization to go out of the misunderstandings of "dediscipline" in teaching mode.
