中职生职业生涯规划现状与团辅干预研究

【摘要】:经济和社会的不断发展对我国人才教育提出了新的要求,社会对技能型、专业型人才需求越来越大,职业技能型人才的培养越来越受到国家的重视。十五规划以来,在国家大力支持下,中等职业教育交出了令人满意的答卷。2016年,在向全国人大作政府报告时,时任教育部长袁仁贵指出,我国中职毕业生初次就业率超过95%。虽然中职生初次就业率很高,但是研究发现,半年后,其离职率达到50%,这提醒我们在中职教育阶段加强职业生涯规划教育的重要性。笔者在职业学校实习期间发现学校目前的生涯规划教育存在以下问题,职业生涯规划课程大多开设在毕业班,而非毕业班的学生则很少有机会接触生涯规划方面的相关知识,学校举办的职业讲座大多传授给学生一些临时抱佛脚的求职面试技巧。学校整体的职业教育缺乏对生涯规划知识的讲授,这样的职业教育势必会影响学生职业的持续性发展。本文由此切入,分两个阶段对湖北某中职学校学生职业生涯规划教育进行研究。第一阶段,现状调查。采用中职生职业生涯规划教育现状调查问卷对该校250名学生进行调查,为避免问卷调查社会赞许现象,增加对部分学生,老师的访谈。第二阶段,设计具有针对性的团体辅导方案。笔者以第一阶段调查结果为依据,采取招募的方式,建立一个24人的团体,并将该团体分为各12人的实验组、对照组进行为期2个月的团体心理辅导。在团辅结束后,采用《中职生职业生涯规划能力问卷》、《团体活动反馈表》及访谈的方法检验团辅活动的效果。研究表明:(1)问卷调查结果显示:76.4%的学生未做过相关的职业兴趣或职业能力测验,63.3%的同学表现出对未来职业发展的不确定性。学校目前所提供的职业教育多停留于表面,缺乏职业生涯规划系统性的教育课程。(2)该团辅方案对提高职校生的职业生涯规划能力具有显著的干预效果,学生在自我认识、职业认识、规划制定、情感态度四维度上具有显著性地提高,但在生涯定向维度上差异不显著。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of economy and society has put forward new requirements for talent education in our country. The society needs more and more skilled and professional talents, and the training of professional skilled talents is paid more and more attention by the country. Since the 10th Five-Year Plan, with the state's strong support, secondary vocational education has handed over satisfactory answers. In 2016, when reporting to the National people's Congress, Yuan Rengui, then minister of education, pointed out that The first employment rate of secondary vocational graduates in China exceeds 95%. Although the first employment rate of the secondary vocational students is very high, the study found that after half a year, the turnover rate reached 50%, which reminds us of the importance of strengthening the career planning education in the secondary vocational education stage. During my internship in vocational school, I found the following problems existed in the current career planning education. Most of the career planning courses were offered in the graduating class, while the non-graduating students had little chance to contact the relevant knowledge of career planning. Most of the vocational lectures held by the school teach students some temporary cramming interview techniques. The whole vocational education in the school lacks the teaching of the knowledge of career planning, which will inevitably affect the continuous development of the students' career. From this point of view, this paper studies the career planning education of students in a vocational school in Hubei province in two stages. The first stage, the status quo survey. In order to avoid the phenomenon of social approval and to increase the interviews with some students and teachers, 250 students in the school were investigated by the questionnaire on the status quo of career planning education of secondary vocational school students. The second stage, the design has the pertinence group guidance plan. Based on the results of the investigation in the first stage, the author established a group of 24 persons by means of recruitment, and divided the group into experimental groups with 12 persons each, and the control group received group psychological counseling for 2 months. After the end of Tuanfu, the methods of "career Planning ability questionnaire for Secondary Vocational School students", "feedback form of Group activities" and interviews were used to test the effectiveness of the activities. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 76.4% of the students had not done any relevant tests of vocational interest or vocational ability, and 63.3% of the students showed uncertainty about their future career development. At present, the vocational education provided by the school mostly stays on the surface, and lacks the systematic education curriculum of the career planning. (2) the supplementary program of the regiment has significant intervention effect on improving the vocational school students' ability of career planning, and the students are self-aware. Professional cognition, planning and affective attitude were significantly improved in four dimensions, but there was no significant difference in career orientation.
