大学生合作认知的特征及相关因素研究

【摘要】:合作是广泛存在于生活、学习、工作中一种普遍的现象或者行为,对于社会的发展、人类的进步都有积极地促进作用。合作认知是合作行为的前提,对合作行为的产生能起到一定的影响作用。在经济全球化的今天,大学生合作认知的发展,合作意识的提高能使他们更好地融入全球化的大经济环境中。但是已有合作认知的研究大多数停留在儿童时期,对大学生的合作认知的研究较少。本研究试图通过一系列的调查研究,为测量大学生合作认知提供相应的测量工具,探索影响因素及为大学生合作认知发展提供参考。本研究主要采用文献法、访谈法及问卷法对大学生合作认知展开调查,共包含三个研究。研究一编制了大学生合作认知问卷,对大学生合作认知的心理结构进行了初步探索;在此基础上,研究二采用自编的大学生合作认知问卷,对1010名大学生进行调查,初步探讨大学生合作认知的特征;研究三运用自编问卷结合大五人格量表及自我决定量表,探索合作认知、人格以及自我决定的关系,以检验自我决定在人格影响合作认知中的作用。本研究结论如下:(1)大学生合作认知包括平等认知、人际认知、协作认知、目的认知四个维度。(2)本研究编制的“大学生合作认知问卷”测量学指标较好,可作为测量大学生合作认知的工具。(3)大学生合作认知水平整体较为积极。对于合作普遍具有较高的认识,在工作和学习中更容易倾向于选择合作。其中,“人际认知”维度得分最高、“目的认知”维度得分最低。并且不同人口学变量的大学生合作认知特征差异显著。(4)大学生合作认知、自我决定与人格因素中的宜人性、尽责性、开放性、外倾性呈显著正相关,与神经质呈显著负相关。(5)人格尽责性在自我决定影响合作认知中起调节作用。
[Abstract]:Cooperation is a universal phenomenon or behavior that exists widely in life, study and work. It has a positive effect on the development of society and the progress of human beings. Cooperative cognition is the premise of cooperative behavior, and can play a certain role in the production of cooperative behavior. In today's economic globalization, the development of college students' cooperative cognition and the improvement of their cooperative consciousness can make them better integrated into the globalized economic environment. However, most of the researches on cooperative cognition remain in childhood, and there is little research on cooperative cognition of college students. Through a series of investigations, this study tries to provide corresponding measurement tools for the measurement of college students' cooperative cognition, explore the influencing factors and provide reference for the development of college students' cooperative cognition. This research mainly uses the literature method, the interview method and the questionnaire method to carry on the investigation to the university student cooperation cognition, includes three studies altogether. In the first study, the questionnaire of college students' cooperative cognition was compiled, and the psychological structure of college students' cooperative cognition was explored. On this basis, the second study used the self-designed questionnaire of college students' cooperative cognition, investigated 1010 college students, and discussed the characteristics of cooperative cognition of college students. The third study explored the relationship among cooperative cognition personality and self-determination by using self-made questionnaire combined with Big five Personality scale and self-determination scale in order to test the role of self-determination in personality-influencing cooperative cognition. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Cooperative cognition of college students includes four dimensions: equality cognition, interpersonal cognition, cooperative cognition and objective cognition. (2) the questionnaire of Cooperative Cognition of College students developed in this study is better than that of the questionnaire of Cooperative Cognition of College students. It can be used as a tool to measure the cooperative cognition of college students. (3) the level of cooperative cognition of college students is positive as a whole. There is a high understanding of cooperation, and it is easier to choose cooperation in work and study. Among them, "interpersonal cognition" dimension scores the highest, "goal cognition" dimension score the lowest. (4) there is a significant positive correlation between college students' cooperative cognition, self-determination and personality factors, such as suitability, due diligence, openness and extroversion, and there is a significant positive correlation between cooperative cognition, self-determination and personality factors, such as human fitness, due diligence, openness and extroversion. There is a significant negative correlation between personality and neuroticism. (5) Personality due diligence plays an important role in the regulation of self-determination in cooperative cognition.
