高中与大学衔接培养创新人才的探索与反思——以J中学与N大学的“准博士培养站”为个案

【摘要】:J中学与N大学共同策划的"准博士培养站"使高中生能有机会进大学实验室体验科学研究,并且在自主学习能力、发现与解决问题能力、创新能力、与人沟通和合作能力等方面都得到一定程度的锻炼与提高。但该项目在选拔方法、高中与大学衔接的知识准备等方面还存在一些局限,更重要的是,整个应试教育的大环境影响了学生参与该项目的积极性,而应试教育本身也对培养创新人才产生负面作用。为更好地培养创新人才,需树立系统培养观念,注重各阶段教育的衔接,同时在培养对象、选拔机制、培养方式、培养目标等方面进行改进。
[Abstract]:J Middle School and N University jointly planned "quasi-Doctor training Station" so that senior high school students can enter the university laboratory to experience scientific research, and in the autonomous learning ability, problem-solving ability, innovation ability, The ability to communicate and cooperate with people has been improved to a certain extent. However, there are still some limitations in the selection method, the knowledge preparation of the connection between senior high school and university, and more importantly, the overall environment of examination-oriented education has affected the enthusiasm of students to participate in the project. The examination-oriented education itself also has a negative effect on the training of innovative talents. In order to better train innovative talents, it is necessary to set up the concept of systematic training, pay attention to the connection of all stages of education, and improve the training objects, selection mechanism, training methods, training objectives, and so on.
