教师尊严的意蕴、沦落与重塑

【摘要】：近些年,由于教师行为工具化、教师对"教育爱"的片面理解、社会对教师职业的过高期望和信息传播方式的转变,导致教师尊严逐步沦落。而教师尊严的唤醒、维护与提升需要内外兼修,即教师自身的强大和社会及其成员对教师工作的宽容、理解与支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the instrumentalization of teachers' behavior, teachers' one-sided understanding of "education love", the high expectations of society for teachers' profession and the change of information dissemination mode, teachers' dignity has gradually fallen into decline. The awakening of teachers' dignity, the maintenance and promotion of teachers' dignity requires both internal and external training, that is, the teacher's own strength and the tolerance, understanding and support of the society and its members to the teacher's work.
