舞动治疗对大学生自我接纳与自我效能感的干预

【摘要】：目的:探讨舞动团体治疗对大学生自我接纳、自我效能感的干预效果,并期望可以进一步为大学生的心理健康提供帮助。方法:在天津市某大学随机选取40名大学生,随机分为干预组(接受舞动团体)和对照组(不接受任何处理)。干预组被试接受舞动团体辅导的干预,带领舞动团体活动的是具有从事团体辅导和舞动治疗经验的专业老师,治疗共分四次进行。采用《一般自我效能感量表》与《自我接纳问卷》进行前后测。结果:干预组被试的一般自我效能感、对否定的自我认知的自我接纳、对肯定的自我认知的自我排斥及对否定的自我认知的自我排斥的后测分数显著高于前测;但是对照组在两个量表上的前后测均没有差异。结论:舞动治疗能有效改善大学生一般自我效能感和自我接纳。
[Abstract]:Aim: to explore the intervention effect of dance group therapy on college students' self-acceptance and self-efficacy, and hope to provide further help for college students' mental health. Methods: 40 college students were randomly divided into intervention group (receiving dance group) and control group (without any treatment). Participants in the intervention group received the intervention of dance group counseling. Professional teachers with experience in group counseling and dance therapy led the dance group activities, and the treatment was divided into four times. General self-efficacy scale and self-acceptance questionnaire were used for pre-and post-test. Results: the scores of general self-efficacy, self-acceptance of negative self-cognition, self-rejection of positive self-cognition and self-rejection of negative self-cognition in intervention group were significantly higher than those in pre-test. But in the control group, there was no difference in the pre-and post-test of the two scales. Conclusion: dancing therapy can effectively improve college students' general self-efficacy and self-acceptance.
