【摘要】：彼得·圣吉的第五项修炼理论对于学习型班级的构建有重要启发意义。自我超越,奠定学习型班级的精神基础;建立共同愿景,激发学习型班级的建设动力;系统思考,提取学习型班级的构建精髓;改善心智模式,塑造学习型班级的内在要求;团队学习,建构学习型班级的基本方法。
