【摘要】:正教师的专业化发展水平直接关系学校的办学质量。因此,学校和教育管理部门通常会运用多样的方法及策略促进教师的专业化水平提升,其中常见的有进行教师工作成果的量化评价、教师教育教学现场比赛等。适当的竞争会激发教师积极提升专业化水平的自我追求,使他们产生向上的动力。从学校管理角度来看,开展公平、公正的教师评价活动和教育教学现场比赛活动,有益于学
[Abstract]:The level of professional development of teachers is directly related to the quality of school running. Therefore, schools and educational management departments usually use a variety of methods and strategies to promote the professional level of teachers, among them are the quantitative evaluation of the results of teachers' work, teacher education and teaching field competition and so on. Proper competition will stimulate teachers to actively promote professional level of self-pursuit, so that they can generate upward motivation. From the point of view of school management, it is beneficial to learn to carry out fair and fair teacher evaluation activities and educational and teaching field competition activities.
