翻转课堂“翻而不转”——基于传播学的释疑

【摘要】:从传播学的视角来看,翻转课堂在以下两方面翻而不转:传播模式未转、传播效果未转。基于翻转课堂中未转之点的分析,进一步尝试从传播学的核心理论中找到解释当前翻转课堂翻而不转的有效论据:信息不等于传播、技术进步不等于传播进步、"知识沟"问题有碍因材施教、"沉默的螺旋"容易导致课堂失败,从而在明确翻转课堂存在一定应用限度的同时,建议提倡混合式教学模式,提醒高估受众与轻视受众同样无效,相信实现良好传播效果的关键在于教师角色的转换。承认翻转课堂的翻转限度是走向理性应用的前提,唯有不断进行翻转课堂的实践反思,才能在实现翻转的同时促进其取得更好的传播效果,避免走向程式化、僵化的尴尬境地。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of communication, the flip classroom does not turn in the following two aspects: the communication mode is not turned, and the communication effect is not turned. Based on the analysis of the unturned points in the flipped classroom, this paper further tries to find an effective argument from the core theory of communication to explain the current flip classroom turning without turning: information is not equal to communication, and technological progress is not equal to communication progress. The problem of "knowledge gap" hinders teaching students according to their aptitude, and the "silent spiral" can easily lead to classroom failure. Thus, while clearly turning over the certain application limits of the classroom, it is suggested that the mixed teaching model should be advocated. It is also invalid to remind the overestimated audience and despise the audience. It is believed that the key to achieve a good communication effect lies in the transformation of teachers' roles. It is admitted that the reversal limit of flipping classroom is the premise of rational application. Only by constantly reflecting on the practice of flipping classroom can we realize the reversal and achieve better communication effect and avoid the awkward situation of stylized and rigid.
