进城务工农民子女自尊发展的心理弹性研究
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this study is to find out the risk factors and protective factors that affect the development of self-esteem of the children of migrant workers in junior middle school, and to explore the mechanism of protective factors. This research mainly uses the qualitative research and the quantity research unifies the research method. First of all, combined with the existing theoretical and empirical research at home and abroad, and the use of self-compiled outline of teacher interviews, teachers questionnaire, The outline of the student interview conducted interviews and questionnaires with all the teachers and some students in the junior middle school of Shouling School, a farmer's school for migrant workers in Changsha. This paper puts forward the research hypotheses of the risk factors and protective factors and their mechanism of influencing the development of self-esteem of the children of migrant workers, and then verifies and explains the research hypotheses by means of student questionnaire. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 335 junior middle school students in Shouling School. The questionnaire includes list of risk factors, adolescent life events scale, self-esteem scale, social support scale and self-efficacy scale. Finally, multiple regression statistical method and elastic analysis were used to test the risk factors of self-esteem development and the existence and mechanism of protective factors. The results of pre-qualitative studies complement and explain the results of quantitative studies. Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Family economic poverty, Premature separation of parents and physical illness is the main risk factor for the development of self-esteem of migrant workers in cities, (2) learning self-efficacy has a significant predictive effect on total scores and dimensions of self-esteem, (3) social support has a significant predictive effect on self-esteem.
