非英语专业免费师范生与非免费师范生英语学习动机比较研究

教育心理学认为,动机是直接驱动人从事活动的内在动力或动机,而学习动机则是直接促进学生学习的内在动力。学习动机对提高外语学习者外语水平的重要性已被国内外许多实证研究所证实。对英语学习动机的研究,最早开始于二十世纪五十年代。研究包括英语学习动机的定义和分类,以及影响学习动机的因素等,其研究对象涵盖了中小学生、大学生和研究生。2007年,国务院宣布实行免费师范生政策,六所教育部直属师范大学开始招收免费师范生。国家实行这项政策的目的是培养一大批愿意终身从教的优秀师范生,使全社会形成尊师重教的氛围。免费师范生享受的优惠政策包括免除学费和住宿费,毕业后可以回到家乡做有编有岗的正式教师。但是这些优惠条件是否会影响免费师范生英语学习动机,尤其是非英语专业的免费师范生。本文将对这一问题进行研究。本文选择了山西师范大学196名大二年级的学生作为研究对象,其中包括101名免费师范生和95名非免费师范生。对他们进行英语学习动机的调查研究,经过发放问卷和面对面访谈来收集数据,试图解决以下三个问题:（1）非英语专业的免费师范生和非免费师范生的英语学习动机的现状如何?（2）哪种英语学习动机与免费师范生的英语学习成绩...
