幼儿师范女生心理健康、自尊的现状、影响因素及对策研究

【摘要】: 我国学前教育的发展,需要大量身心健康发展的合格的学前教育师资。幼师女生是今天的受教育者,也是明天的教育者,心理健康对她们来说显得特别重要,既关系到她们自身素质的发展,更关系到未来幼儿教师和幼儿素质的发展。本文探讨幼儿师范女生心理健康和自尊状况、影响因素和对策。全文分引言、文献综述、研究方法、研究结果、成因分析、对策研究六部分。文献综述部分对这一课题研究涉及的相关概念进行了界定,并介绍了国内外相关研究的概况,在此基础上论述了本研究的创新点、研究目的、研究意义。本研究采用了王极盛《中国中学生心理健康量表》和Rosenberg《自尊量表》对430名幼师女生的心理健康和自尊现状进行调查。关于幼师女生心理健康和自尊现状的研究结果表明:幼儿师范女生心理问题检出率为33.86%;排在影响幼儿师范女生心理健康前几位的心理健康因子分别是学习压力感、情绪不稳定、强迫症状、适应不良、人际关系敏感与紧张、焦虑,前四位的问题检出率都超过或接近50%,而在学习压力、焦虑、适应不良三项因子上,中度以上检出率已超过或接近10%,应该引起幼儿师范教育者的充分关注;从心理问题检出率角度观察,幼儿师范女生群体中心理问题存在较大的群体依次是单亲家庭群体、学生干部群体、非独生子女群体、农村家庭群体和低年级群体;幼儿师范女生自尊处于较低水平;其自尊在年级之间的差异达到显著水平,自尊与年级成反比;自尊在其家庭结构即单亲与双亲方面差异达到显著水平,双亲家庭的自尊水平显著高于单亲家庭的自尊水平;幼儿师范女生的心理健康与其自尊发展水平密切相关,其心理健康及各因子得分越高,自尊水平越低;低自尊与高自尊的幼师女生在抑郁、敌对、学习压力感、焦虑四个因子上差异达到显著性水平,低自尊组的四个因子显示的健康水平显著低于高自尊组幼师女生。经过对调查结果的讨论分析,笔者认为:幼儿师范女生面临的主要心理问题有:学习类问题、人际关系类问题、情感类问题、人格心理问题、性心理问题、就业心理问题。本研究在在对幼儿师范女生心理健康、自尊的现状调查的基础上,论述分析了幼儿师范女生心理健康、自尊水平的影响因素:学生自身因素、家庭环境因素、社会环境因素和学校教育因素。在此基础上本文提出了提高幼儿师范女生心理健康、自尊水平的三项对策:呼吁探索,优化幼儿师范学校办学的社会环境;不断改革,打造高品位幼儿师范学校教育环境;家校合作,营建优良的家庭教育环境。
[Abstract]:The development of preschool education in China needs a large number of qualified preschool teachers. The girls in kindergarten teachers college are educators today and educators tomorrow. Mental health is especially important to them, which not only relates to the development of their own quality, but also to the development of teachers and children's quality in the future. This paper discusses the mental health and self-esteem, influencing factors and countermeasures. The full text is divided into six parts: introduction, literature review, research methods, research results, cause analysis and countermeasures. In the part of literature review, the related concepts of this subject are defined, and the general situation of related research at home and abroad is introduced. On the basis of this, the innovation, purpose and significance of this research are discussed. In this study, Wang Jisheng's Mental Health scale for Middle School students and Rosenberg's Self-esteem scale were used to investigate the mental health and self-esteem of 430 kindergarten normal school girls. The results of the study on the mental health and self-esteem of the girls in kindergarten normal school show that the detection rate of mental problems is 33.86; The first few mental health factors that affect the mental health of girls in normal school are learning stress, emotional instability, compulsive symptoms, poor adaptation, interpersonal sensitivity and tension, anxiety, etc. The detection rate of the first four problems is higher than or close to 50, but in the three factors of learning stress, anxiety and maladjustment, the detection rate of moderate or above is over or close to 10, which should be paid full attention to by preschool teachers. From the point of view of the detection rate of psychological problems, there are larger groups of psychological problems in the group of girls in kindergarten teachers' colleges: single parent family group, student cadre group, non-only child group, rural family group and lower grade group. The difference of self-esteem between grades is significant, and the self-esteem is inversely proportional to the grade. The difference of self-esteem between single parent and both parents was significant, and the level of self-esteem of two-parent family was significantly higher than that of single-parent family. The mental health of normal school girls is closely related to their self-esteem development level. The higher the scores of mental health and factors are, the lower the self-esteem level is. There were significant differences in depression, hostility, learning stress and anxiety between low self-esteem and high self-esteem preschool normal school girls. The health level of the four factors in low self-esteem group was significantly lower than that in high self-esteem group. Through the discussion and analysis of the investigation results, the author thinks that the main psychological problems faced by the schoolgirls are: learning problems, interpersonal relationship problems, affective problems, personality psychological problems, sexual psychological problems, and employment psychological problems. Based on the investigation of the present situation of mental health and self-esteem of girls in normal school, this study discusses and analyzes the influencing factors of mental health and self-esteem of girls in normal schools: students' own factors, family environment factors. Social environmental factors and school education factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward three countermeasures to improve the mental health and self-esteem of the girls in normal school: to appeal to explore and optimize the social environment of running a school, to reform constantly, to create the educational environment of a high grade normal school for young children; Home-school cooperation to build a good family education environment.
