县域内乡镇教育的重组——对河北省F县学区建设的分析

【摘要】：由教育行政管理改革带动的乡镇学校布局调整和学校内部管理改革是对乡镇教育重组的有益尝试。本研究在讨论教育行政管理改革对提高政府义务教育管理效率和解决农村教师诸方面问题的同时,分析了教育管理责任逐级下沉、教学点消失和学生辍学的原因,提出确立县级政府的管理主体地位和加强乡村组织的监管功能的建议。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of township school layout and the reform of school internal management driven by the reform of educational administration are beneficial attempts for the reorganization of township education. This research discusses the educational administration reform to improve the government compulsory education management efficiency and solve the problems of rural teachers, at the same time, it analyzes the causes of the gradual sinking of education management responsibility, the disappearance of teaching points and the students dropping out of school. Some suggestions are put forward to establish the main position of the county government and strengthen the supervision function of the rural organizations.
