军校研究生自我和谐与心理健康及应对方式比较

【摘要】:[目的]探讨军校研究生自我和谐与心理健康、应对方式之间的关系。[方法]采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对某军队工科院校380名研究生进行调查,根据自我和谐量表的划分标准将被试分为低分组(≤74)与高分组(≥103),比较两组心理健康水平和应对方式的差异。[结果]军校研究生总体自我和谐程度良好,与大学生常模比较,其不和谐性低于常模(P㩳0.001),灵活性高于常模(P㩳0.05),刻板性差异无统计学意义;SCCS低分组的SCL-90各因子分、消极应对因子分低于高分组,积极应对因子分高于高分组(P㩳0.001)。[结论]自我和谐程度对心理健康、应对方式有明显影响,促进军校研究生的自我和谐有助于提高其心理健康水平,采取积极、灵活的方式应对问题。
