美国学区教育督导角色的演变及对我们的启示

【摘要】：学区教育督导是美国教育督导系统中的关键人物。美国学区教育督导在发展过程中历经了教学专家型督导、科学管理型督导、民主领导型督导、社会科学家型督导、沟通型督导与发展型督导几种角色的演变。美国学区教育督导所具有的突出的辅导功能、科学与民主的督导方式、专业自主等特征,值得我们关注和借鉴。
[Abstract]:School district education supervision is the key person in American educational supervision system. In the process of development, American school district education supervision has experienced the evolution of teaching expert supervision, scientific management supervision, democratic leadership supervision, social scientist supervision, communication supervision and developmental supervision. The American school district education supervision has the prominent guidance function, the science and the democratic supervision way, the profession independent and so on characteristic, is worth our attention and the reference.
