教师的理性与自由

【摘要】：教师是理性与自由的结合体。教师理性是教师在其具体的教育教学专业生活中持有的生存态度、思考方式乃至生活方式。教师自由包括教师个体的生命自由和教学生活中的教学自由。教师理性是教师自由的体现,是教师自由的界限。教师的自由及其实现是以理性为依托的。教师要以理性争取自由,以自由促进理性的发展。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the combination of reason and freedom. Teachers' rationality is the attitude of existence, the way of thinking and even the way of life held by teachers in their specific professional life of education and teaching. Teacher freedom includes individual life freedom and teaching freedom in teaching life. Teachers' rationality is the embodiment of teacher's freedom and the limit of teacher's freedom. Teachers' freedom and its realization are based on rationality. Teachers should strive for freedom with reason and promote the development of reason with freedom.
