大学教师发展之个人素养研究

【摘要】: [目的]:本研究旨在通过对山西省大学教师个人素养状况的问卷调查,获得关于大学教师个人素养现况的第一手资料,进行数据的统计分析,及其基础之上的理性思考,填补国内关于大学教师个人发展实证研究方面的空白。 [方法]:本研究运用文献法,站在对大学教师生命关爱的立场,界定大学教师的个人发展为“大学教师在制定切实可行的职业生涯规划基础上,自觉提升个人素养,主动采取有效措施,积极改善生态环境,以实现职业发展与人生价值和谐统一的内在努力和外在追求过程”。其中,“素养”作为名词,是指长期养成的符合社会要求和待人处事的态度和涵养;作为动词,是指在一定素质基础上,通过学习和锻炼,为达到有效的目标所要求的水平、素质所做的自我努力过程。它以意识为先导,以观念为方向,以兴趣为动力,以文化为目标,以行为为准蝇,展示了作为社会成员的个体,在区别于其它存在时所具有的独特的内容、方式与境界。 然后,采用自编的“大学教师个人素养调查问卷”对山西省八所老大学的329名大学教师进行了调查,运用SPSS13.0(英文版)统计软件对调查结果进行统计分析,得到我国部分大学教师个人素养的特点和影响因素,求证了大学教师个人素养与职业规划、人生价值之间的正相关。 [结果与讨论]:首先,大学教师的教育观念有待更新、存在与人沟通的困难、欠缺信息获取的能力、欠缺职业规划的理智、欠缺时间管理的能力、欠缺经济应变的能力等:其次,心理素养和信息素养与所有项目正相关,应该成为大学教师的核心素养;再次,,教育观念(包括关怀素养)、学术素养、语言素养、思维素养、经济素养、身体素养等维度的某些项目得分仍然低于中性值,成为大学教师个人素养水平的影响因素;最后,不同人口统计学变量对个人素养的影响程度从大到小依次是:职称、专业、学历、年龄、婚姻、奖励和性别。这些影响对个人进行生涯规划意义重大。它使大学教师按照自己的背景条件选择个性的发展方式,求得发展的最大化。同时,对大学的师资管理也有一定价值。 [结论]:大学教师的个人素养结构包括健康素养、文化素养、教育素养三个维度23个类项目;该问卷的信度和效度都很高,具有较高的稳定性和可靠性;山西省大学教师个人素养总体上呈现良好状况。其中,学习素养方面表现较好;管理素养和家庭责任方面有待加强。 基于上述结果,作者建议大学教师确立适切的人生价值,规划合理的职业生涯,在积极主动地提升个人素养基础上实现个人发展与职业发展的协调统一。
[Abstract]:[objective]: the purpose of this study is to obtain the first-hand data on the current situation of university teachers' personal accomplishment by questionnaire survey on the status of personal accomplishment of university teachers in Shanxi Province, and to carry on statistical analysis of the data and rational thinking on the basis of the data. To fill the gap of empirical research on the personal development of university teachers in China. [methods]: this research uses the literature method, stands on the position of caring for the life of university teachers, and defines the personal development of university teachers as: "on the basis of making practical career planning, university teachers self-consciously improve their personal accomplishment." Actively take effective measures to actively improve the ecological environment, in order to achieve a harmonious and unified career development and life value of the internal efforts and external pursuit process. Among them, "accomplishment" as a noun, refers to the long-term cultivation of social requirements and treat people in line with the attitude and self-cultivation; As a verb, it refers to the process of self-effort in order to achieve the level and quality required by effective goals on the basis of certain qualities, through study and exercise. It takes consciousness as the forerunner, takes the idea as the direction, takes the interest as the motive force, takes the culture as the goal, takes the behavior as the criterion fly, shows the unique content, the way and the realm which the individual, as the member of the society, has when it is different from other existence. Then, the self-compiled questionnaire of personal accomplishment of University Teachers was used to investigate 329 university teachers from eight old universities in Shanxi Province, and the results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS13.0 (English version) statistical software. The characteristics and influencing factors of personal accomplishment of some university teachers in China are obtained, and the positive correlation between personal accomplishment of university teachers, career planning and life value is proved. [results and discussions]: first of all, the educational concepts of university teachers need to be renewed, there are difficulties in communicating with others, lack of ability to obtain information, lack of sense of career planning, lack of ability to manage time, Lack of the ability of economic response, etc. Secondly, psychological literacy and information literacy are positively related to all projects, and should become the core literacy of university teachers; Thirdly, the scores of some items of educational concepts (including caring literacy), academic literacy, language literacy, thinking literacy, economic literacy, physical literacy and other dimensions are still lower than the neutral value, which becomes the influencing factor of college teachers' personal accomplishment level. Finally, the degree of influence of different demographic variables on personal accomplishment from large to small is: professional title, major, education, age, marriage, reward and gender. These implications are significant for individuals to plan their careers. It enables university teachers to choose the development mode of personality according to their own background conditions, and to maximize the development. At the same time, to the university teacher management also has the certain value. [conclusion]: the structure of college teachers' personal accomplishment includes 23 items in three dimensions: health literacy, culture accomplishment and education accomplishment, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are very high, and the questionnaire has high stability and reliability. Shanxi province university teacher's personal accomplishment generally presents the good condition. Among them, the performance of learning literacy is better; management literacy and family responsibilities need to be strengthened. Based on the above results, the author suggests that university teachers should establish appropriate life value, plan a reasonable career, and realize the harmony and unification of personal development and professional development on the basis of actively promoting their personal accomplishment.
