师范专科新生心理健康及自我效能感状况调查

【摘要】:目的了解2008级师专新生心理健康状况,探讨心理健康与一般自我效能感及应对方式的关系。方法对河北沧州师专2008级521名新生进行心理健康(UPI)、一般自我效能感、应对方式问卷调查。结果521份有效问卷中,最高分为50分,最低分为0分,平均分为(15.11±9.45)分;在心理健康状况的3种类型中,属于第1,2,3类的大学生分别有103,127,289人,占总数的20%,24%,56%;师专新生心理健康问题发生率为44%;不同性别及生源地、是否独生子女的学生之间心理健康水平差异无统计学意义;不同心理健康水平的新生一般自我效能感、应对方式的差异有统计学意义(P0.001);新生的心理健康与应对方式、一般自我效能感均呈正相关(r=0.23,0.21,P0.001);自我效能感、应对方式对心理健康有预测作用。结论可以通过对新生应对方式技能和一般自我效能感训练来提高大学生心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of freshmen in grade 2008 teachers' college and to explore the relationship between mental health and general self-efficacy and coping style. Methods A questionnaire survey on (UPI), general self-efficacy and coping style was conducted among 521 freshmen in Grade 2008 of Cangzhou Teachers College, Hebei Province. Results among the 521 valid questionnaires, the highest score was 50, the lowest score was 0, the average score was (15.11 卤9.45), among the three types of mental health status, 103127289 were students in the first and second categories, accounting for 20% of the total, 24% and 56%, respectively, and the incidence of mental health problems among the freshmen in teachers' colleges was 44%. There was no significant difference in mental health level among students with different gender and origin, but there was significant difference in general self-efficacy and coping style among freshmen with different mental health level (P0.001).
