南京市江宁区低年级中学生心理健康状况调查分析

【摘要】:目的了解南京市江宁区中学低年级学生的心理健康状况,以期为健康教育干预措施的有效开展提供科学依据。方法采用中国中学生心理健康量表,对南京市江宁区900名初一、初二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果存在轻度心理问题的学生占29.3%,存在中等程度问题者占2.7%,存在较重及严重问题的比例为0.5%;班干部的心理健康总均分比非班干部低(P0.05);单亲家庭学生的心理健康总均分要比非单亲家庭学生高(P0.05)。结论南京市江宁区中学低年级学生的心理健康问题较严重,相关部门应针对不同类型的学生,积极采取有效的健康教育措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of junior middle school students in Jiangning District of Nanjing City, so as to provide scientific basis for the effective development of health education intervention measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 900 freshmen and sophomores in Jiangning District of Nanjing by using the Mental Health scale of Chinese Middle School students. Results 29.3% of the students had mild mental problems, 2.7% of them had moderate problems, and 0.5% of them had serious and serious problems. The total average score of mental health of class cadres was lower than that of non-class cadres (P 0.05). The total average score of mental health of students from single-parent families was higher than that of students from non-single-parent families (P 0.05). Conclusion the mental health problems of junior middle school students in Jiangning District of Nanjing City are serious. The relevant departments should actively take effective health education measures for different types of students.
