【摘要】: 美国是世界人力资源的大国,更是公认的世界人力强国,这根本地得益于美国社会拥有科学、高效和完备的人力资源二次教育开发系统。美国人力资源的二次教育开发主体多元、途径多样、内容丰富、机制健全,充分激发了美国社会各类组织积极参与和实施人力资源二次教育开发的生机与活力,持续、高效地实现着人力资源大国向人力强国的转化,源源不断地为美国社会提供着优质人力,促进其社会经济的持续发展,为世界各国提供了依托人力资源的高效开发而推动社会发展的成功典范。 本文采用比较教育学的国别专题研究框架,主要运用因素分析法、历史分析法、文献法、比较法等研究方法,对美国人力资源二次教育开发进行了系统地比较研究。本文分为五个部分,第一部分说明美国人力资源二次教育开发的基本理念和理论基础;第二部分概括美国人力资源二次教育开发活动的社会背景和发展历程;第三部分分析美国人力资源二次教育开发的主体、对象、目标、组织模式、内容和特征,详细说明二次教育开发的各项主要内容;第四部分总结美国人力资源二次教育开发的绩效及问题;最后一部分为改进我国人力资源的教育开发提出建议和举措。
[Abstract]:The United States is a large country of human resources in the world, but also recognized as a world human power, which is fundamentally due to the American society has science. The main body of the secondary education development of American human resources is diverse, the way is diverse, the content is rich, the mechanism is perfect. It fully inspires all kinds of organizations in American society to actively participate in and implement the vitality and vitality of the secondary education development of human resources, and continuously and efficiently realizes the transformation from a large country of human resources to a powerful country of human resources. The continuous supply of high-quality human resources to the American society, the promotion of its social and economic sustainable development, provides a successful example for countries in the world to promote social development by relying on the efficient development of human resources. This paper uses the framework of comparative education research on country-specific topics, mainly using factor analysis method, historical analysis method, literature method, comparative method and other research methods. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part explains the basic idea and theoretical basis of the second education development of American human resource. The second part summarizes the social background and development process of the second education development of American human resources. The third part analyzes the main body, the object, the goal, the organization pattern, the content and the characteristic of the secondary education development of American human resources, and explains the main contents of the secondary education development in detail. Part 4th summarizes the performance and problems of the second education development of American human resources; The last part puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the educational development of human resources in China.
