对一位职前英语教师抗逆力的叙事探究

  教师流失是教育领域的焦点,而教师抗逆力能够帮助教师坚守工作岗位。教师对于职业的坚守对于自身能力提高和学生培养都具有重要意义。教师抗逆力特质使得教师在复杂情境中仍然选择坚守教育岗位,因此其培养不容忽视。近年来,教师抗逆力的研究层出不穷,但是既有研究多关注在职教师职业发展过程中的抗逆力,力图缓解教师职业倦怠继而解决教师离职现象,少有研究着眼于职前教师抗逆力。职前教师即将成为教师,对职前教师抗逆力的培养可以从源头解决教师流失问题,因此对职前教师抗逆力的研究是不可或缺的。针对这方面研究不足,本研究以华中师范大学一名英语教育硕士 Leah为研究对象探究职前教师抗逆力水平及其抗逆力形成影响因素。本研究主要围绕以下研究问题展开:1.Leah的抗逆力发展处于什么水平?她的抗逆力如何体现?2.在她的抗逆力形成过程中哪些因素起到了促进作用?本研究采用叙事探究研究方法,以Kumpfer(1999)抗逆力理论模型为参照,借助抗逆力量表和社会支持量表、访谈等研究工具,结合课堂观察及实物收集方法获得数据,旨在探讨职前教师抗逆力水平及其抗逆力形成影响因素,力图对职前教师抗逆力培养提供启示。研究发现:Leah抗逆力发...
