理科教师学业评价观研究

【摘要】: 本论文研究是一项理科教师学业评价观的实证研究。研究的内容分为三个大的部分:一是教师学业评价观的研究;二是教师教学方式的研究;三是评价观与教学方式的相关性研究。第一部分将同时采用质的与量的研究方法。首先采用质的研究方法。具体地说,就是采用现象描述分析学的研究方法,以广东省佛山市南海区4所中学的16名物理教师作为访谈对象,系统收集并整理访谈资料,归纳整理出教师学业评价观的不同类型,并以此作为建立教师学业评价观的理论模型的原始依据。同时,访谈资料中呈现的教师对于某些具体问题的典型回答,将成为量的研究中“教师学业评价观问卷”设计的基础。教师学业评价观研究中的量的方法,主要采用问卷调查的方式进行。研究工具采用自行编制的《理科教师学业评价观问卷》。第二部分关于教师教学方式的实证研究,主要采用量的方法。使用的研究工具是经过汉化处理的、由澳大利亚的Trigwell教授和Prosser教授共同编制的《理科教师教学方式问卷》。第三部分关于教师学业评价观与教学方式的相关性研究,,也将采用量的方法。 论文包括四个部分。第一部分为研究的背景,包括导言和文献综述。主要介绍论文选题的意义、研究的总体设计。并详细回顾介绍与本论文研究相关的研究成果以及本论文研究将要采用的质的研究方法——现象描述分析学。第二部分为研究的方法。包括本论文研究的设计、本论文研究将要使用的质的研究的具体方法和量的研究的具体方法。具体来说,就是详细介绍本论文研究样本的基本情况、研究的具体问题以及研究的详细过程及阶段划分,以及论文研究中的资料收集与分析方法、问卷的编制方法、检测方法和量化资料的统计方法。第三部分为研究的结果。包括三个内容:一是教师学业评价观的质的研究结果,主要形式是教师学业评价观的分类;二是教师学业评价观的量的研究结果,主要形式是教师评价观在各个维度上的量化资料;三是教师教学方式的量化资料及其与评价观之间的相关分析结果。第四部分是结论与讨论。主要是研究结果的综述、研究的方法论意义、研究效度与伦理问题的讨论以及研究的局限和需要进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:This paper is an empirical study on the evaluation of science teachers' academic view. The research content is divided into three parts: one is to study the concept of teachers' academic evaluation; the two is the study of teachers' teaching methods; three is the relationship between evaluation and teaching methods. The first part of the study method will be used at the same time and quality the amount of the first. Using qualitative research methods. The third part questionnaire about teachers' academic evaluation, will also use the quantitative method.
This paper consists of four parts. The first part is about the background of the research, including the introduction and literature review. The thesis introduces the significance of the topic, the overall design of the study. And a detailed review of the research and introduces the related research results, this paper will use the qualitative method of Phenomenology. The second part as the research method. Including the design of this thesis, the specific method and specific research methods of this thesis will study the use of qualitative. Specifically, it is introduced the basic situation of the research samples, divide the detailed process and stage specific issues of research and study, data collection and analysis the method of this study, questionnaire compilation method, statistical method, detection method and quantitative data. The third part is the research results. Includes three contents: one is the teachers The results of the qualitative evaluation of industry outlook, the main form is the classification of teachers' conceptions of assessment; two is the results of teachers' conceptions of assessment content, mainly in the form of teachers' conceptions of assessment of quantitative data in various dimensions; three is the quantitative data in teaching methods and evaluation of correlation between the results of the analysis. Fourth part is the conclusion and discussion. The main research results are reviewed, the significance of research methods, the study on validity and ethical issues and discuss the limitations of the research and the problems that need further study.
