试论学科教师与班主任的协同育人

【摘要】:正据笔者的观察和体验,现代教育中因为有了班主任、学科教师的分别,育人的工作被肢解了:班主任统管学生的"道"、"业"、"惑",学科教师大多只管授学科之"业",解学科之"惑"。虽然有很多学科教师的责任心很强,但迫于观念及舆论环境的限制,在学生思想品德、行为习惯养成教育方面只能"蜻蜓点水"。这不能不说是一种具有典型意义的教育现象。据有关专家分析,这其实是一个误区,是一种特定意义的教育资源的浪费。学科教师究竟如何与班主任协同教育好学生,笔者试从学科教师的角度进行四方面论述。
[Abstract]:According to the author's observation and experience, in modern education, because of the difference between a class teacher and a subject teacher, The work of educating people has been dismembered: the teacher in charge of the class is in charge of the students'"Tao", "industry", "perplexity", and most of the subject teachers only teach the "work" of the subject and solve the "confusion" of the discipline. Although there are many subject teachers who have a strong sense of responsibility, they are constrained by the concept and the environment of public opinion. In terms of students' ideological and moral character, behavior and habits, they can only "skimp on the surface". This cannot but be said to be a typical educational phenomenon. According to the analysis of relevant experts, this is actually a misunderstanding. It is a kind of waste of educational resources in a special sense. The author tries to discuss from the angle of subject teacher how to educate students well in cooperation with the teacher in charge of the class.
