兰州市中小学教师教育技术培训问题及对策

【摘要】： 当前,科技进步、知识增长,使得教育比以往任何时候都显得重要。中小学教师作为基础教育的主力军,其专业性是不言而喻的。因此,为了使教师具备较高的专业技能,同时适应二十一世纪对教师的新要求,我们必须尽快找到提高教师专业化技能的规律、方法以及策略,以便使我们对教师的培训有效、有果。基于建设合格的、专业化的教师教育技术培训基地,形成体系完整、功能健全的培训体系为出发点,并以教育部《2003—2007年教育振兴行动计划》、《中小学教师继续教育规定》和“全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设计划”等文件和规定为依据,科学制定培训基地条的件与要求,构建教师公共学习平台和支持服务体系,整体提高中小学教师教育技术培训水平,这将是本篇论文的思想指导。本文通过对兰州市中小学教师的教育技术应用现状、培训现状等方面进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析,分析了应用、培训存在的主要问题和形成原因,并在此基础上,结合国内外的研究成果,提出了相应的解决办法,是具有一定科学性和可操作性的培训策略。本文重点以兰州市中小学教师现代教育技术有关的培训方案为依据,坚持以集中培训、教研培训、科研培训相结合为基本核心,努力完善建设“四级培训网络”基地,扩大培训面,调整和精选培训内容,应用各种培训策略,开展多样化的教育技术培训;同时也要进一步做好政策制度保障工作,以协作型学习为依托,将培训中的教师由“被动”转变为“主动”、“理论”转变为“实践”;进一步强化教师教育技术培训效果,做到“学之有用”。加强科研,探索规律,保证培训发展,提高培训实效,努力提高广大教师实施素质教育的能力和水平,以适应基础教育课程改革和发展的需要。
[Abstract]:At present, the progress of science and technology and the growth of knowledge make education more important than ever before.Primary and secondary school teachers as the main force of basic education, its professionalism is self-evident.Therefore, in order to equip teachers with higher professional skills and adapt to the new demands on teachers in the 21 century, we must find out the rules, methods and strategies to improve teachers' professional skills as soon as possible in order to make our training of teachers effective.Have fruit.Based on the construction of a qualified and specialized training base for teachers' educational technology, and the formation of a complete and well-functioning training system,On the basis of the documents and regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Education in 2003-2007, the provisions on the continuing Education of Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and the National Plan for the Construction of Educational Technical capacity of Primary and Secondary School Teachers, the articles and requirements of the training base are scientifically formulated.Constructing the teachers' public learning platform and supporting service system, and improving the educational technology training level of primary and middle school teachers as a whole, will be the ideological guidance of this paper.Based on the investigation of the present situation of educational technology application and training of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Lanzhou, and the statistical analysis of the investigation results, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the application and training, and on this basis,Combined with the domestic and foreign research results, the corresponding solutions are put forward, which is a scientific and operational training strategy.Based on the training programs related to modern education technology for primary and secondary school teachers in Lanzhou, this paper insists on the combination of centralized training, teaching and research training and scientific research training as the basic core, and strives to improve the construction of the "four-level training network" base.We should expand the scope of training, adjust and select the training contents, apply various training strategies, and carry out diversified training in educational technology. At the same time, we should further do a good job in ensuring policies and systems, relying on collaborative learning.The teachers in training should be changed from "passive" to "active" and "theory" to "practice", and the effect of teachers' educational technology training should be further strengthened so as to be "useful in learning".Strengthen scientific research, explore the law, ensure the development of training, improve the actual results of training, and strive to improve the ability and level of teachers to implement quality education, in order to meet the needs of the reform and development of basic education curriculum.
