大学生社会支持与心理求助的关系研究

【摘要】： 社会支持是影响大学生心理健康的一个重要因素;心理求助是大学生向专业的心理咨询人员求助,解决心理困扰的专业途径。本文旨在通过研究大学生社会支持和心理求助的情况,以及两者之间的关系,为高校心理教育工作者做好大学生的心理教育和辅导工作,引导大学生充分利用社会支持和专业的心理求助,促进大学生的心理健康提供一些启示。本文在对心理求助和社会支持进行文献研究的基础上,以华中科技大学随机抽取的277名大学生为研究对象,采用了社会支持量表和心理求助问卷等研究工具,对大学生的社会支持和心理求助的情况,以及社会支持与心理求助的关系进行了探索性的分析。研究结果表明:大学生的社会支持情况良好,大学生的社会支持在专业、来源、是否独生子女等方面没有显著性的差异,但是在性别、年级方面有差异;大学生的心理求助情况在性别、专业、年级等方面没有表现出显著性的差异,但是在来源上有差异。大学生的社会支持与心理求助呈负相关,也就是说,大学生的社会支持状况越好,越不会倾向于心理求助。通过本研究,主要是了解了大学生的社会支持和心理求助的情况,并对两者之间的关系进行了描述性的分析。根据研究结果及相关文献,对调查结果进行了分析,并对今后的研究作了展望。
[Abstract]:Social support is an important factor affecting the mental health of college students, and psychological help is a professional way for college students to seek help from professional psychological counsellors to solve their psychological problems.The purpose of this paper is to study the social support and psychological help of college students, and the relationship between the two, so as to do a good job of psychological education and counseling for college psychological educators.To guide college students to make full use of social support and professional psychological help to promote the mental health of college students provides some enlightenment.Based on the literature research on psychological help and social support, 277 college students randomly selected from Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects, and social support scale and psychological help questionnaire were used in this study.This paper makes an exploratory analysis of the social support and psychological help of college students and the relationship between social support and psychological help.The results show that: the social support of college students is good. There are no significant differences in major, source, only child and so on, but there are differences in gender and grade.There were no significant differences in gender, specialty, grade and so on, but there were differences in the source of psychological help for college students.The social support of college students is negatively correlated with psychological help-seeking, that is, the better the social support condition of college students is, the less inclined they are to psychological help-seeking.Through this study, we mainly understand the social support and psychological help of college students, and analyze the relationship between them.According to the research results and related literature, the investigation results are analyzed, and the future research is prospected.
