【摘要】：正近年来,河南省各级政府积极落实“科教兴豫”战略,农村义务教育整体发展良好。但是,与统筹城乡社会发展、建设新农村的要求相比,农村义务教育仍然问题较多,矛盾突出,亟须改革与加强。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the government of Henan Province has actively implemented the strategy of " science education and relaxation " , and the overall development of compulsory education in rural areas is good . However , compared with the urban and rural social development and the construction of new rural areas , the rural compulsory education still has more problems and contradictions , and it is urgent to reform and strengthen .
