克什克腾旗教师进修学校现代教育技术课程现状调查分析

【摘要】: 随着信息化社会的到来,教育的信息化已成为必然。从克什克腾旗的教育体制和现实情况来看,中小学教师基本上是师范学校的毕业生,因此将发挥师范学校对于促进中小学教育信息化的健康发展可以起到十分重要的作用。2002年2月,教育部在下发的“关于推进教育信息化建设的意见”中明确提出师范院校要开设现代教育技术课的要求。现代教育技术就是运用现代教育理论和现代信息技术,通过对教与学过程和教学资源的设计、开发、利用、评价和管理,实现教学优化的理论和实践。本课题从实际出发,以克什克腾旗教师进修学校为范本,以专题调查研究为基本方法,采用查阅资料、座谈、问卷调查、随堂听讲等多种形式结合,对《现代教育技术》课程的现实状况进行了调查,发现存在的主要问题是:任课教师的现代教育理念滞后;教学内容不适应时代发展需求,授课过多依赖计算机多媒体系统并采用传递-接受的传统教学模式:多媒体教学课件质量不高;学习目标不明确,师生关系不融洽。理论联系实际进行思考、分析,提出了以下建议和对策:积极推进现代教育技术课程建设;提高现代教育技术任课教师的素质;改变教学方式,丰富课堂教学;运用合理评价体系,促进师生学习热情;加大信息技术在现代教育技术中的比重,紧跟时代发展。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of information society, the informatization of education has become inevitable. Judging from the educational system of Keshikteng Banner and the actual situation, primary and secondary school teachers are basically graduates of normal schools. Therefore, normal schools will play a very important role in promoting the healthy development of primary and secondary education informatization. In "opinions on promoting the Construction of Educational Informatization" issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education clearly puts forward the requirement of offering modern educational technology courses in teachers' colleges and universities. Modern educational technology is to use modern educational theory and modern information technology to realize the theory and practice of teaching optimization by designing, developing, utilizing, evaluating and managing the teaching and learning process and teaching resources. This topic is based on reality, taking Kshketeng Banner Teachers' further Education School as a model, and taking special topic investigation and research as the basic method, combining various forms, such as consulting information, talking, questionnaire, listening to lectures in class and so on. This paper investigates the realistic situation of the course "Modern Educational Technology", and finds that the main problems are: the modern educational idea of the teacher is lagging behind, the teaching content is not suitable for the development of the times, and the teaching content is not suitable for the development of the times. The teaching relies on computer multimedia system too much and adopts the traditional teaching mode of transmission and acceptance: the quality of multimedia teaching courseware is not high, the learning goal is not clear, and the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious. Combining theory with practice, this paper puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: actively promoting the construction of modern educational technology curriculum, improving the quality of teachers of modern educational technology course, changing teaching methods and enriching classroom teaching; The rational evaluation system should be used to promote the enthusiasm of teachers and students to study, to increase the proportion of information technology in modern educational technology and to keep up with the development of the times.
