学校德育建构的四个着力点

【摘要】:世纪之交、转型之际,我们的学校德育工作必须用理性的视角审视和建构切合学生自身发展需求的德育教学体系;尝试性地着力于健全人格的铸造、努力进行理性化的德育模式创新、在大文化道德环境下对学生开展积极的人文理念渗透、且着重于学生自育的主导能力开发;这四个着力点,既是四种不同分析视野,同时也是四种潜在的德育体系化建构模式。
[Abstract]:At the turn of the century, at the time of transformation, our school moral education work must examine and construct a moral education teaching system that meets the needs of the students' own development from a rational angle of view, and try to cast a sound personality. Try hard to innovate the rational moral education mode, carry out the positive humanistic idea infiltration to the students under the big cultural moral environment, and emphasize on the development of the leading ability of the students' self-education, these four emphases are four kinds of different analysis vision, At the same time, it is also four potential construction modes of moral education systematization.
