促进教育公平关键在提高农村义务教育质量——对实施新修订的《义务教育法》的几点思考

【摘要】：义务教育本质上是公平、平等的教育。义务教育阶段的教育公平不仅指这一阶段适龄儿童、少年均拥有平等的入学机会,同时也指这一阶段教育过程的平等。对义务教育的公平性既要有对数量发展状况的考量,也要有对质量发展状况的考量。现阶段中国城乡义务教育发展的不平衡,核心是质量发展的不平衡。为了促进教育公平,我们必须更努力地提高农村义务教育质量。
[Abstract]:Compulsory education is essentially a fair and equal education. The education fairness in compulsory education not only refers to the children of this stage, but also refers to the equality of the educational process. The fairness of compulsory education should not only consider the development of quantity, but also the development of quality. At present, the unbalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in China, the core is the imbalance of quality development. In order to promote the equity of education, we must make more efforts to improve the quality of compulsory education in rural areas.
