试论杜威的教师教育思想

【摘要】：基于教师在教育改革中的重要性,杜威非常重视教师教育工作。其关于教师教育思想的主要内容有:教育学院是教师教育的主要机构,但初等学校和高级中学也是教师教育机构的一部分;教师教育应包括一般文化知识、具体学科知识、教育理论知识(含心理学和学科教法等)、专业精神四个方面的内容,其中,一般文化知识是前提,具体学科知识是基础,教育理论知识是主线,教育实际见习是重要环节,而所有这些都以专业精神为灵魂和统率。
[Abstract]:Based on the importance of teachers in educational reform, Dewey attaches great importance to teacher education. The main contents of its ideas on teacher education are as follows: colleges of education are the main institutions of teacher education, but primary schools and high schools are also part of teacher education institutions; teacher education should include general cultural knowledge and knowledge of specific subjects. Education theory knowledge (including psychology and discipline teaching method etc.), professional spirit four aspects content, among them, general culture knowledge is the premise, specific subject knowledge is the foundation, education theory knowledge is the main line, education practice is the important link. And all of this is based on professionalism as the soul and leader.
