课堂测评的权重方案——青浦实验新世纪行动之一

【摘要】：历经20个春秋的青浦教改实验完成已有10年,青浦实验研究所成立至今正好也是10年。风云搏击之后,总会出现一段貌似平静的日子,其实这往往是再度突发前的积聚。在这10年里,青浦全区大规模的学校布局调整和设施更新,教育人才的培养与引进,还有深入每所学校的扎根式调研与改进,含英咀华,事事用心,才有跨入新世纪以来基础教育质量再次大幅度的上升。本刊愿就此开一窗口,小口径切入,分别介绍:教师在职学习的“行动教育”范式探索,课堂教学改革的视角变迁与师生行为研究,学生学习质量目标的大样本主成分分析等等,纵然一斑难窥全豹,而由表及里的研究者的笔触足以在读者面前另开一片视野。
[Abstract]:It has been 10 years since the Qingpu Educational Reform experiment was completed, and the Qingpu Experimental Research Institute has been established for exactly 10 years. After the fight, there will always be a period of seemingly calm, in fact, this is often before the accumulation of re-burst. In the past 10 years, there have been large-scale school layout adjustments and facilities renewal in Qingpu District, the training and introduction of educational talents, and the rooted research and improvement of every school. Only after entering the new century, the quality of basic education has risen again by a large margin. This magazine would like to open a window, small caliber cut into, respectively: teacher in-service learning "action education" paradigm exploration, classroom teaching reform perspective changes and teachers and students behavior research, Large sample principal component analysis of students' learning quality goals and so on, even though it is difficult to see the whole leopard, the brushstroke from the surface to the inside is enough to open a new field of vision in front of the reader.
