师生心理契约期望对学风影响的实证研究

【摘要】:近年来高校学风滑坡已经是不争的事实,高校师生心理契约理论可以从一个方面很好地解释其原因。学生期望和教师期望都对学风产生正向影响,而且学生期望的影响更大。学生与教师双方的品格和学与教的方式对学风影响较大。大学生在校的四年过程中,心理契约期望值随时间呈倒U型变化,相应的学风也随时间表现为倒U型变化。若要迅速扭转学风下滑的局面,高校的重点管理对象应该是新生和毕业生,其中新生的管理尤为重要。
[Abstract]:In recent years, it is an indisputable fact that the style of study has declined in colleges and universities, and the theory of psychological contract between teachers and students can explain the reasons from one aspect. Students' expectations and teachers' expectations have a positive impact on the style of study, and students' expectations have a greater impact. The character of both students and teachers and the way of learning and teaching have great influence on the style of study. In the course of four years, the expectation of psychological contract changes with time, and the corresponding style of study also changes with time. If we want to reverse the decline of the style of study quickly, the key management objects of colleges and universities should be freshmen and graduates, among which the management of freshmen is especially important.
