学习设计:信息时代提高学习绩效的关键

【摘要】：一方面,信息的快速增长以及不断缩减的知识半衰期使终身学习成为一种生存理念;另一方面,信息时代为人们提供了丰富的学习资源和多样化的通讯交流手段。教学设计只能为人们整个学习经历中的一小部分服务;而学习设计是提高学习者学习质量和学习绩效的保证,因此学习设计概念的提出势在必行。本文从学习设计概念的界定和理论的基本假设入手,阐述学习设计的理论基础以及相关术语,文章着重论述学习设计的一般模式。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, the rapid growth of information and the shrinking half-life of knowledge make lifelong learning a survival concept; on the other hand, the information age provides people with rich learning resources and a variety of means of communication. Teaching design can only serve a small part of the whole learning experience, and learning design is the guarantee to improve learners' learning quality and learning performance, so it is imperative to put forward the concept of learning design. Starting with the definition of the concept of learning design and the basic assumptions of the theory, this paper expounds the theoretical basis and related terms of learning design, and emphasizes on the general mode of learning design.
