教育督导人员的职业性质与职业素养

【摘要】:教育督导人员既不是教师,又不是学校管理人员,而是专业性的教育行政人员。教育督导人员的这种职业性质决定了教育督导人员必须具有较高的政策理论水平,良好的思想品德修养和心理素养,较高的文化水平和较强的业务能力,扎实的现代教育理论,强烈的事业心和务实的工作作风等基本职业素养要求。
[Abstract]:The educational supervisor is neither a teacher nor a school administrator, but a professional educational administrator. This professional nature of the educational supervisors determines that the educational supervisors must have a higher level of policy theory, good ideological and moral cultivation and psychological accomplishment, a higher level of education and professional competence, and a solid modern educational theory. Strong dedication and pragmatic work style and other basic professional requirements.
