【摘要】： 传统的师生关系,讲求师道尊严,学生处于被动的地位,它限制了学生自主性和创造性。传统的师生关系没有师生平等的观念,忽视学生的自尊心,对学生缺乏人文关怀。这种关系模式束缚了教育的发展,造成了教学资源的浪费,阻碍教学效率的提高。强势压迫的做法必然遭到学生的抵制,不利于教学质量的提高,人性化的发展以及创新型人材的培养。 课堂的管理与师生关系在当前国内有相当的研究。现代教育强调教育的人性化,个性化以及人的价值。本文试着把西方的研究成果与中国传统的文化理论结合起来,找到一种切合实际的师生情感关系,建立符合人性的新型师生关系。有效的教学交往必须以融洽的师生关系为前提,有了融洽的师生关系,学生的想象力和创造力就能得到充分发挥,学习的自觉性和坚持性就会增强,教师传输的信息学生才乐意接受。 建立和谐师生关系课堂促进学生有效学习。教师对学生的爱和关怀有助于学生健康的人格发展。
