【摘要】：随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展，高等教育规模日益扩大的同时教育质量问题亦越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注。在我国高等教育迈向“大众化”阶段的同时，教学硬件设施不足与师资力量缺乏等教育资源问题凸显，，建立完善的高等教育质量监控体系，合理地优化配置高等教育资源，保证我国高等教育质量的稳步提升，对我国高等教育人才培养工作的发展和社会的进步具有重要意义。本文立足于省级高等教育质量监控，引入空间概念，将GIS技术与教育相结合，进一步探究广西区域内高等教育资源的合理布局和优化配置，从而实现广西高等教育质量的整体发展，为决策层提供基础的数据支持。文章首先在我国高等教育大众化的背景下，结合PDCA质量监控循环模式以及质量螺旋形成理论，设计了基于“省-校”两级的高等教育质量监控体系。对构建广西高等教育质量监控平台的相关技术进行分析。通过RIA技术为监控平台提供丰富的交互体验。在地图服务方面，使用ArcGIS Server为监控平台提供地图底图，采用Flex Viewer开发框架实现平台业务逻辑功能。然后,根据已设计的广西高等教育质量监控体系进行需求分析，完成系统功能模块的设计。根据功能需求，完成数据库结构设计和程序逻辑结构设计。综合运用Flex技术、WebGIS技术和.NET技术进行广西高等教育质量监控平台的开发，实现了广西各类型高校监控、广西各城市高校监控、区域高等教育资源监控、广西高校专题资源分布监控、广西各高校发展状态对比监控和广西各高校自身发展趋势监控等七大监控服务。提供了包括分学校类别、分城市、分资源专题、分时间纬度等多个角度来实现省、校两级高等教育质量监控活动。提出了从空间分析、横纵向统计分析、数据仪表盘分析的新视角进行广西高等教育质量监控的方式。最后，对论文已完成的研究工作进行总结，对于本文研究的未尽之处以及未来需进一步深入研究的内容进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher education in China. As the scale of higher education expands day by day, the problem of educational quality is paid more and more attention by all circles of the society. At the same time, the higher education of our country moves towards the stage of "popularization".
