广东白云学院教师激励问题研究

【摘要】:作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,民办高等教育为国家培养了大批的人才,为实现我国高等教育从精英化走向大众化做出了重要贡献。现在,民办高等教育发展的瓶颈问题表现为如何对人力资源以科学的管理,极大地调动教师的积极性,提高工作效率。就高校的人力资源管理而言,高校组织的活力和整体运行的核心就是激励机制。因此,论文以高校激励问题为课题,对高校人力资源管理的激励机制进行了深入的研究。 本论文主要采用了比较研究法、文献研究法、数据分析研究方法和理论研究法。主要研究了高校人力资源激励存在的问题以及存在问题的原因,之后对民办高校人力资源激励模型进行设计,提出完善高校人力资源激励的主要途径和措施。论文以对高校人力资源激励机制当中存在问题的分析为基础,以激励理论为指导,从需要、动机、职业发展三个方面对高校人力资源做了分析,进而提出了从全面考核激励的实行、科学薪酬体系的建立、目标导向的职业生涯规划与培训激励的建立来进一步完善高校人力资源的思路与对策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's higher education, private higher education has trained a large number of talents for the country, has made an important contribution to the realization from the elite to mass higher education in China. Now, performance bottlenecks in the development of private higher education is how to human resources to scientific management, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm teachers, improve the work efficiency. The university human resource management, the core of university organization vitality and overall operation is the incentive mechanism. Therefore, the University incentive problem as the subject, conducted in-depth research on the university human resources management incentive mechanism.
This paper mainly adopts comparative research method, literature research method, data analysis method and theory research method. The main reason of university human resource incentive problems and problems of human resources in private universities, incentive model design, puts forward the main ways and measures of improving human resource incentive. Analysis of the existence of the problem of University human resources incentive mechanism which is based on the incentive theory, from the need, motivation, occupation development three aspects has made the analysis of human resources in Colleges and universities, puts forward the implementation of incentive from comprehensive assessment, establish a scientific compensation system, ideas and Countermeasures to set goals for occupation career planning to further improve the incentive and training of human resources in Colleges and universities.
