【摘要】:随着网络技术的不断发展和应用,微博作为更加全新和便捷的网络交流工具,正影响着人们的价值和思想状态。而作为微博主要使用群体的当代大学生,,其思想观念、行为习惯都深受其影响。因而,研究微博在高校思想政治教育中的应用,就成为一个必要的时代话题。 当前,国内学界就微博的特征及微博对创新和发展高校思想政治教育带来的机遇和挑战,以及如何利用微博开展高校思想政治教育都进行了大量研究。但这些研究基本处于起步阶段,缺乏系统性和针对性。本文通过对微博在高校思想政治教育的应用研究,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对我国高校利用微博开展思想政治教育的基本现状进行了调查和分析,为高校利用微博开展思想政治教育提供了可具操作性的方案。目的在于实现高校思想政治教育有效占领微博阵地,提高高校思想政治教育的实效性,从而创新和发展我国高校思想政治教育。 通过笔者实际调研和问卷调查,我国高校越来越重视微博对高校思想政治教育的影响,并建立了相应的工作机制和平台,但高校利用微博开展思想政治教育仍存在以下问题:一是高校微博发展存在认识偏差,观念滞后,对待微博的态度较为被动消极;二是高校微博管理不善,平台规划、管理制度较为落后,微博缺乏日常经营维护,信息内容滞后、发布方式单一;三是尚未形成联动体系,高校微博还处于相对分散的状态,在信息发布、服务提供和突发事件应对方面难于发挥微博整体合力;四是高校微博的直接受众数量较少,服务群体的覆盖范围较窄,影响有限。 针对以上问题,高校思想政治教育要充分利用微博带来的机遇,回应其挑战,提高高校思想政治教育工作的实际成效需要从四个方面着手:一是要更新理念,教育主体要树立微观念,并提高教育客体的媒介素养;二是要优化方法,高校要增加微博互动性,辅导员管理要“微博化”,要定期开设“微博沙龙”,实现微博平台上下师生之间的良性互动;三是要丰富内容,利用微博开展道德教育、爱国主义教育和思想理论教育;四是要健全机制,要构建高校思想政治教育微博应用激励机制,要加强微博管理和技术保证,加强高校利用微博开展思想政治教育的队伍建设。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and application of network technology, Weibo, as a more new and convenient tool of network communication, is affecting people's value and ideological state. Therefore, the study of Weibo's application in ideological and political education has become a necessary topic of the times. At present, the domestic academic circles on the characteristics of Weibo and Weibo on the innovation and development of ideological and political education opportunities and challenges. And how to use Weibo to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities have carried out a large number of studies, but these studies are basically in the initial stage. Lack of systematization and pertinence. Through the application research of Weibo in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China using Weibo. It provides an operable scheme for the use of Weibo to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The purpose is to effectively occupy Weibo's position of ideological and political education and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. So as to innovate and develop ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. Through the author's actual investigation and questionnaire survey, our universities pay more and more attention to Weibo's influence on ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and set up the corresponding working mechanism and platform. However, there are still some problems in using Weibo to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. First, there are cognitive deviations in the development of Weibo in colleges and universities, lag in ideas, and passive attitude towards Weibo; The second is the poor management of university Weibo, platform planning, management system is relatively backward, Weibo lack of daily management and maintenance, information content lag behind, the way to issue a single; Third, the linkage system has not yet been formed, and Weibo is still in a relatively decentralized state. It is difficult to give play to Weibo's overall resultant force in the aspects of information release, service provision and emergency response. Fourthly, the direct audience of Weibo is small, the coverage of service group is narrow and the influence is limited. In view of the above problems, ideological and political education in colleges and universities should make full use of the opportunities brought by Weibo, respond to its challenges, and improve the actual results of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects: first, to update the concept. The main body of education should set up micro-concept and improve the media literacy of educational object; The second is to optimize the method, to increase Weibo interaction, to manage counselors to "Weibo", to set up "Weibo salon" regularly, to realize the benign interaction between teachers and students on and off the Weibo platform; Third, enrich the content, use Weibo to carry out moral education, patriotism education and ideological and theoretical education; Fourth, it is necessary to perfect the mechanism, construct the application incentive mechanism of Weibo's ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthen Weibo's management and technical guarantee, and strengthen the team construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities using Weibo.
