【摘要】:当前,高等职业教育在我国的高等教育中已占半壁江山,特别是随着国家对“高等职业”教育的重视,高职院校思想政治教师队伍整体水平有了显著提高,但因具体的历史及现实原因,还存在一些不容忽视问题。在新课程改革背景下,加强高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,提高思想政治理论课教师的专业化程度是思想政治理论课教学改革的重中之重。 本文主要采用问卷调查以及访谈法,针对A市13所高职院校展开调查,找出目前高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中存在的问题,并且进行分析,找出存在问题的原因,并且针对这些原因,提出相关改善措施。通过调查,笔者首先提出高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设问题主要是队伍规划不明确、教师流动性大、队伍稳定性差、教师培训机会少、科研水平低下、教师考评机制不健全等问题;其次是出现问题的原因,则表现在教师自身的工作积极性不高、教学水平低下、学校对思想政治理论课教师重要性认识不足和措施力度不够、社会人对思想政治理论课教师存在一些偏见看法、教师的合法权益缺乏具体政策和制度保障等方面;最后,笔者针对以上问题提出相应的策略,如建立健全队伍建设的相关规章制度、注重培养教师自身素质,提高教学水平、完善思想政治理论课教师队伍培训交流体系和各项保障机制等,通过这些策略来促进教师的自我价值的提升,实现学校的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:At present, higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education in our country, especially with the attention of the country to the "higher vocational" education, the overall level of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges has been significantly improved. However, due to specific historical and practical reasons, there are still some problems that can not be ignored. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, strengthen the construction of teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges. To improve the specialization of the teachers of ideological and political theory is the most important part of the teaching reform of ideological and political theory. This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate 13 higher vocational colleges in A city to find out the problems existing in the construction of teachers of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges at present and to carry on the analysis. Find out the reasons for the problems, and for these reasons, put forward the relevant improvement measures. Through the investigation, the author first pointed out that the main problem of the construction of teachers in ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges is the lack of clear team planning. Teacher mobility, poor stability of the team, less opportunities for teacher training, low level of scientific research, imperfect evaluation mechanism of teachers and so on; The second is the cause of the problem, which is reflected in the teachers' low working enthusiasm, low teaching level, insufficient understanding of the importance of ideological and political theory teachers and inadequate measures. There are some biased views on the teachers of ideological and political theory, and the legal rights and interests of teachers are lack of specific policies and system protection. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies in view of the above problems, such as establishing and perfecting the relevant rules and regulations of the construction of the team, paying attention to the cultivation of teachers' own quality and improving the teaching level. Improve the ideological and political theory teachers' training and communication system and guarantee mechanism, through these strategies to promote teachers' self-value, to achieve the harmonious development of the school.
