【摘要】:知识管理就是以知识为核心,最初知识管理被应用到企业中,给企业带来了很明显的益处,为企业提升了创造价值,充分的利用了企业资源,使得这些资源得到共享,最终创新,再继续为企业带来更多的经济效益。后来,知识管理逐渐的应用到高校中,当然也为高校带来了更多共享和创新的机会,从2001年开始,逐渐多的学者开始提出在高等教育中实施知识管理,实施知识管理的过程就是提高高校组织绩效的过程,在2005年高校开始实施知识管理,主要是从两个方面来研究:一个方面是,研究知识管理的流程;另一个方面是,研究如何评估知识管理绩效。笔者研究的内容是综合上述两个方面。 确定本研究主题之后,本文首先对知识管理的内涵、知识管理应用在高校中的必要性,以及知识管理在高校中的作用进行了详细的总结与阐述,进而对绩效管理和绩效分析的关系进行了总结,然后分析影响高校知识管理绩效的因素,阐述高校知识管理绩效评估建立评估指标体系的原则和内容,在此基础上,笔者通过参考大量高校知识管理教师绩效评估文章,结合其他相关资料,根据指标体系构建全面性和科学性原则以及定量与定性评估相结合原则,初步得出适应普通高校的教师绩效评估指标体系,构建了合理的指标体系,对这一体系设计了调查问卷,获取原始数据,请了十位专家对这些指标体系进行打分,结果表明有很少一部分指标占的权重微乎其微,可以忽略不计,去除了这些几乎没有关系的指标以后,再用熵值法对指标赋予权重,在此客观的指标权重基础上,利用数据挖掘技术、知识库管理技术等构建了一个较完整的教师知识管理绩效评估系统,这样使得教师更直观更方便的了解自己在教师队伍中的教学成果与科研能力的绩效结果,从而起到激励作用,进而提高高校教师综合实力。
[Abstract]:Knowledge management is the core of knowledge. At first, knowledge management is applied to the enterprise, which brings obvious benefits to the enterprise, promotes the value creation for the enterprise, and makes full use of the enterprise resources. So that these resources are shared, finally innovation, and then continue to bring more economic benefits for enterprises. Later, knowledge management gradually applied to colleges and universities, of course, also brought more opportunities for sharing and innovation. Since 2001, more and more scholars began to put forward the implementation of knowledge management in higher education, the process of implementing knowledge management is to improve the organizational performance of colleges and universities. In 2005, universities began to implement knowledge management, mainly from two aspects: one is to study the process of knowledge management; The other is how to evaluate the performance of knowledge management. After determining the subject of this study, this paper firstly summarizes and expounds the connotation of knowledge management, the necessity of application of knowledge management in colleges and universities, and the role of knowledge management in colleges and universities. Then it summarizes the relationship between performance management and performance analysis, then analyzes the factors that affect the performance of knowledge management in colleges and universities, and expounds the principles and contents of establishing the evaluation index system for the performance evaluation of knowledge management in colleges and universities. On this basis, the author by referring to a large number of university knowledge management teachers performance evaluation articles, combined with other relevant materials, according to the index system to build a comprehensive and scientific principle and quantitative and qualitative evaluation principle. The primary conclusion is that the index system of teachers' performance evaluation is suitable for ordinary colleges and universities, and a reasonable index system is constructed, and a questionnaire is designed to obtain the original data. Ten experts were invited to rate the indicator system, and the results showed that a very small proportion of the indicators had very little weight, which could be ignored, after the removal of these almost unrelated indicators. Then the entropy method is used to give weight to the index. On the basis of the objective index weight, a complete performance evaluation system of teacher knowledge management is constructed by using the technology of data mining and knowledge base management. This makes teachers more intuitive and more convenient to understand their own teaching results in the teaching team and the results of the performance of scientific research ability, thus playing an incentive role, and then improve the comprehensive strength of university teachers.
