湖南省护理本科院校人文社会科学课程设置的研究

【摘要】:目的:了解湖南省护理本科院校人文社会科学课程设置的现状;分析湖南省护理本科生对人文社会科学课程的评价及需求;构建人文社会科学课程设置方案。 方法:本研究为横断面调查性研究。第一部分,收集湖南省7所护理本科院校的课程计划,对其人文社会科学课程的设置进行分析;第二部分,采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取7所护理本科院校的660名学生对湖南省人文社会科学课程的现状进行评价;第三部分应用自制的问卷进行问卷调查,构建人文社会科学课程设置方案。 结果:(1)7所护理本科院校中,人文社会科学课程开设种类最多者为21门,最少者为7门。有4所院校除国家规定的课程外未开设必修课程,其余3所院校必修课与选修课比例分别为4:3、5:9、1:5。 (2)31.5%的学生对人文社会科学课程的实际效果比较满意;36%的学生认为人文社会科学课程的课程面比较宽;39%的学生认为人文社会科学课程前沿性较强;22%的学生阅读人文图书资源较多。35%的学生对校园文化气氛满意。 (3)人文社会科学课程最终方案将课程划分为三个模块公共人文社会科学课程、医学基础性人文社会科学课程、护理专业性人文社会科学课程。 结论:(1)湖南省各护理本科院校之间课时设置及开设形式差异性较大。湖南省护理本科生对人文社会科学课程缺乏了解,对现在人文社会科学课程实施的效果不满意。图书馆作为学习人文社会科学课程的资源,未能很好的利用。 (2)本研究构建的湖南省人文社会科学课程设置方案,综合学生、教师、专家的意见,体现了学生和教师的主体性。
[Abstract]:Objective:. To understand the present situation of humanities and social sciences courses in nursing colleges of Hunan province, to analyze the evaluation and demand of humanities and social sciences courses of nursing undergraduates in Hunan province, and to construct the curriculum plan of humanities and social sciences. Methods: this study was a cross-sectional investigation. The first part was to collect the curriculum plans of 7 nursing colleges in Hunan province and analyze the curriculum of humanities and social sciences. In the second part, 660 students from 7 nursing colleges were selected to evaluate the present situation of humanities and social sciences courses in Hunan Province by cluster random sampling. The third part uses the self-made questionnaire to carry on the questionnaire, constructs the humanities social science curriculum plan. Results among the 7 nursing colleges and universities, 21 offered the most kinds of humanities and social sciences courses, and 7 offered the least, and 4 colleges did not offer compulsory courses except those prescribed by the state. The ratio of compulsory and elective courses in the remaining three colleges is 4: 3: 5: 9: 5. 31.5% of the students were satisfied with the actual effect of humanities and social science courses. 36% of the students think that the humanities and social sciences curriculum has a wide range of curriculum; 39% of the students think that the humanities and social sciences curriculum is more advanced; 22% of the students read more humanities books. 35% of the students were satisfied with the campus culture atmosphere. Finally, the course is divided into three modules: public humanities and social sciences, medical basic humanities and social sciences, nursing professional humanities and social sciences. Conclusion (1) there is a great difference in the setting of class hours and the form of opening among the nursing colleges in Hunan Province, and the undergraduate nursing students in Hunan Province have little understanding of the humanities and social sciences courses. The library, as a resource for studying humanities and social sciences, has failed to make good use of it. 2) the curriculum scheme of humanities and social sciences in Hunan province, which synthesizes the opinions of students, teachers and experts, embodies the subjectivity of students and teachers.
