【摘要】：高校学生干部是大学生群体中的优秀分子，他们活跃在各级学生会组织、党团组织、班级组织、社团组织等，在高校学生管理工作中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。高校学生干部培养具有十分重要的意义，，目前我国高校学生干部培养工作走过了数十个年头，取得了一系列成绩。建立比较系统的高校学生干部管理体制，培养了大批优秀的学生干部，这些学生干部活跃在校园里的文艺活动、体育活动、科技创新活动中，同时也为高校的校园文化建设、校园安全管理、和谐校园的发展做出了自己的贡献。高校学生干部培养工作也为社会输送了众多优秀的高素质管理人才和领导干部，这些优秀的学生干部在进入社会之后都成为了所在领域的先进分子，带动自身和他人的发展，也深化和落实了我国高等教育的教育目标，为我国的人才强国战略的进一步发展补充了有益的资源。然而，目前高校学生干部培养工作仍存在尚未解决的问题：一些学校对高校学生干部培养工作的忽视、学生干部管理体制的不完善、学生干部自身素质参差不齐等。本文采用文献法、访谈法、综合分析等方法，将理论与实践相结合，从学生干部的内涵入手，分析了学生干部培养工作的意义、已有成绩、现存问题和对策分析几个方面对学生干部培养工作进行论述，运用思想政治教育有关理论，结合实际问题，力求在高校学生干部培养方法上提出自己独到的见解。

However, the current high school student cadre training work is still unresolved the problem that some schools on the cultivation of college student cadres work neglect student cadre management system is not perfect, the quality of student cadres is uneven. This article uses the literature method, interview method, comprehensive analysis method, combining the theory and practice, starting from the connotation of student cadres, analyzes the significance of the work of student cadres to cultivate the existing achievements, existing problems and countermeasure analysis of several aspects of the work on student cadre training, using the theory of Ideological and political education, combined with the practical problems, and strive to The author puts forward his own opinions on the training methods of College Students' cadres.
