【摘要】:思想政治教育生活化作为近年来思想政治教育界的理论热点备受关注,但是思想政治教育的不同阶段有不同的教育特点,落实到具体的教育阶段还是需要根据实际情况加以分析、研究,本文选取了高校思想政治教育生活化作为研究对象。本文从高校思想政治教育生活化的内涵入手,高校思想政治教育生活化就是要以大学生为主体,以现实生活为中心,以马列主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系为理论指导,关注受教育者的生活世界,使教育内容和教育目标更加贴近大学生的实际生活,使教育手段、方法更加灵活多样,使评价体系更加客观科学,用教育引导其树立正确的思想观念,形成良好的道德品质,培养其社会实践能力,使思想政治教育内容内化外大学生自身的信念,外化为大学生的行为准则,最终实现大学生自由而全面的发展。以理论依据、现实依据、政策依据为支撑,分析了目前高校思想政治教育生活化的有益探索,包括针对地区特殊性开展思想政治教育工作;深入学生生活世界,解决学生生活中的实际问题;以及开展“三生教育”的探索等。由此入手分析并提出了高校思想政治教育生活化存在的问题及成因,主要问题包括思想政治教育的目的、内容脱离大学生生活、评价体系以及生活化的途径单一、教育者与受教育者的关系不平等、心理健康教育以及“三生教育”未紧密联系思想政治教育等。而产生的原因也是复杂多样的,既有社会历史、长期应试教育的惯性、重理论教育轻实践教育的传统、重德育轻智育的传统等方面的原因,也有由于缺乏必要的经费、条件保障、以及社会要求学校承载过多的学生安全责任等方面的原因,这些原因综合导致了思想政治教育生活化出现的各种问题,要解决这些问题必须寻找有效的思想政治教育生活化途径。首先要从观念上提高有关部门和人员对思想政治教育生活化必要性的认识,使高校加强对思想政治教育生活化的统筹,,然后从教育目标和内容上贴近大学生生活实际,以及教育方法、手段要更加灵活多样,完善教育评价体系、强化受教育者主体地位、提高思想政治教育工作者自身的素质,并且要加强心理健康教育和“三生教育”与思想政治教育的联系,只有这样才能更好的推进高校思想政治教育生活化。
[Abstract]:The life of ideological and political education is a hot topic in the field of ideological and political education in recent years, but the different stages of ideological and political education have different educational characteristics. The implementation of the specific stage of education or need to be based on the actual situation of analysis, research. This paper selects the ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the research object. This paper starts with the connotation of the life of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which is to take college students as the main body. Taking the real life as the center, taking the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought and the socialism theory system with Chinese characteristics as the theoretical guidance, paying attention to the life world of the educated. To make the educational content and educational goal more close to the actual life of college students, to make the means and methods of education more flexible and diverse, to make the evaluation system more objective and scientific, and to guide them to set up correct ideas with education. Form good moral quality, cultivate its social practice ability, make the ideological and political education content internalize the belief of the university students, externalize into the university student's behavior standard. Finally realize the free and comprehensive development of college students. Based on theoretical basis, realistic basis and policy basis, this paper analyzes the beneficial exploration of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The ideological and political education should be carried out according to the regional particularity. Go deep into the students' life world and solve the practical problems in the students' life; And to carry out the exploration of "three students' education". This paper analyzes and puts forward the existing problems and causes of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the main problems include the purpose of ideological and political education. The content is divorced from the college students' life, the evaluation system and the way of life are single, and the relationship between the educator and the educatee is not equal. Mental health education and "three students' education" are not closely linked to ideological and political education, but the causes are also complex and diverse, both social history, long-term examination-oriented education inertia. The tradition of emphasizing theoretical education and neglecting practical education and the tradition of attaching importance to moral education and intellectual education are also due to the lack of necessary funds and the guarantee of conditions. As well as the social requirements of the school to bear too much responsibility for the safety of students and other reasons, these reasons led to the ideological and political education of the various problems of life. In order to solve these problems, we must find effective ways to adapt ideological and political education to life. First of all, we should raise the awareness of relevant departments and personnel on the necessity of ideological and political education. So that colleges and universities to strengthen the ideological and political education as a whole, and then from the educational objectives and content close to the reality of college students' life, as well as educational methods, means to be more flexible and diverse, improve the educational evaluation system. Strengthen the subject status of the educatees, improve the quality of the ideological and political educators, and strengthen the relationship between the mental health education and the "three students' education" and the ideological and political education. Only in this way can we better promote the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
