【摘要】:中央和国家一直高度重视大学生的思想政治教育工作,随着学科理论的发展以及研究的不断深入,大学生思想政治教育工作近些年来取得了突飞猛进的发展,特别是思想政治教育方法得到了更加迅猛的发展。借鉴其他学科理论进行研究创新了大学生思想政治教育的基本方法,利用网络新媒体进行思想政治教育拓宽了思想政治教育的渠道,发挥社团等第二课堂的作用进行思想政治教育拓展了思想政治教育的载体等等。在此背景下,激励作为一个跨学科的理论方法正不断的应用于大学生思想政治教育中,但由于激励在大学生思想政治教育中的应用还不成熟,,运用过程中产生了一些不足,因此,进一步探讨激励在大学生思想政治教育中的作用、存在的不足、方法等问题具有重要的理论和实践价值。 本文主要分为四部分,第一部分从词源入手对激励涵义及相关思想进行了有效梳理,进而对激励进行了科学的界定和划分并站在马克思主义的视角下分析了激励方法的理论基础。第二部分,分析了目前激励方法在大学生思想政治教育中的应用现状,梳理了激励方法在大学生思想政治教育中所产生的重要作用,总结了大学生思想政治教育中激励方法取得的成就,归纳了激励方法在大学生思想政治教育中存在的不足,指出了目前大学生思想政治教育激励方法改进的基本思路。第三部分,从内部和外部两个方面积极探索了大学生思想政治教育中激励方法的主要实现路径。最后一部分,对西方激励理论进行了科学的分析和合理的借鉴以探讨大学生激励方法的具体化。具体来说借鉴需求理论,满足大学生的合理需求;借鉴公平理论,引导大学生在评优过程中树立正确的公平观;借鉴期望理论促使激励的载体发挥最大效能;借鉴双因素理论引导高校各职能部门参与激励。
[Abstract]:The central government and the state have always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of college students. With the development of discipline theory and the deepening of research, the ideological and political education of college students has made rapid progress in recent years. Especially, the methods of ideological and political education have been developed more rapidly. The basic methods of ideological and political education of college students have been innovated based on the research of other disciplines. The use of new network media for ideological and political education broadens the channels of ideological and political education, exerting the role of the second class, such as associations, to expand the carrier of ideological and political education, and so on. As an interdisciplinary theoretical method, motivation is constantly applied in the ideological and political education of college students. However, because the application of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students is not mature, there are some deficiencies in the process of application. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to further explore the role of motivation in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part from the etymology of the meaning of motivation and related ideas were effectively combed. Then it defines and classifies the motivation scientifically and analyzes the theoretical basis of the incentive method from the perspective of Marxism. The second part. This paper analyzes the current situation of the application of the incentive method in the ideological and political education of college students, and combs the important role of the incentive method in the ideological and political education of college students. This paper summarizes the achievements of the incentive methods in the ideological and political education of college students, and summarizes the shortcomings of the incentive methods in the ideological and political education of college students. The author points out the basic ideas of improving the motivation methods of college students' ideological and political education at present. The third part. From the internal and external aspects of the positive exploration of the ideological and political education of college students in the main ways to achieve the motivation. The last part. This paper makes a scientific analysis and reasonable reference to the western incentive theory in order to probe into the concretization of the incentive methods of college students. Specifically, it uses the theory of demand for reference to meet the reasonable needs of college students. Draw lessons from the theory of fairness, guide college students to set up a correct view of fairness in the process of evaluation; Using expectation theory for reference makes the carrier of incentive exert its maximum efficiency; Draw lessons from the theory of two factors to guide the various functional departments of colleges and universities to participate in incentives.
