【摘要】:后现代思潮是二十世纪五六十年代产生于欧美发达资本主义国家的“泛文化思潮”,它在批判现代化各种弊病的基础上形成了自己的反理性、反传统、反中心的理论特色。上世纪80年代传入我国,90年代开始兴盛,如今后现代的理念和思想渗透在影视传媒、网络、先锋文学作品和高校校园内,形成了一道独特的文化景观。大学生年轻富有激情,思维活跃、乐于接受新鲜事物,他们很自然地成为了后现代思潮、后现代文化、后现代思维的接受者、参与者、传播者和创造者,给他们的思维方式和生活方式造成了很大的影响。后现代思潮扩大了大学生的视野,提供了一种新的思维方式和生活方式,提升了他们的批判力和创新能力以及对边缘群体和弱势群体的关注,有利于他们环保意识的发展。同时,后现代思潮的影响也极易走向另一个弊端,它易使大学生陷入“道德相对主义”和“历史虚无主义”的误区,使大学生失去理想信念,享乐主义和拜金主义也会腐蚀大学生自强不息、艰苦奋斗的精神追求,解构和调侃的做法也很容易消解社会主义主流价值观的影响力,降低高校思想政治教育的效果等。面对后现代思潮的背景,高校思想政治教育工作者应该勇于面对、理性引导。学习和借鉴后现代思潮的合理成分,改善师生关系和具体的教育教学方法;面对后现代思潮的消极面,要理性分析,积极引导,以避免它给大学生带来的不利影响。 本文在综合分析后现代思潮产生背景、理论特质以及在中国的传播现状的基础上,客观辩证分析其对当代大学生积极消极两方面的影响,并着重分析了造成消极影响的原因。然后指出高校思想政治教育工作者要面对现实,与时俱进,积极应对挑战,在多元文化背景下,尤其是在后现代思潮的消极影响面前,高校应该加大社会主义核心价值体系的宣传和教育,用社会主义核心价值体系引领多元文化思潮,并着重提出要增强大学生的文化自觉和对社会主义核心价值体系的认同;高校师生间的传统主客体关系需要改变,,构建基于主体间性的新型师生关系,以应对新环境,更好地践行以人为本的原则,提升高校思想政治教育工作的效果。针对新环境的变化,笔者还论述了高校思想政治教育工作方式方法的创新,包括教学方法的改革、网络阵地的应用、学生骨干的影响辐射作用的发挥、校园文化的构建和高校辅导员队伍建设。
[Abstract]:Postmodernism is a "pan-cultural ideological trend" which originated in the developed capitalist countries in Europe and America in 20th century. It formed its own anti-rationality and anti-tradition on the basis of criticizing various defects of modernization. In -20s, it was introduced into our country and began to flourish in the 1990s. Now the postmodern ideas and ideas permeate the film and television media, the network, the pioneer literature works and the campus of colleges and universities. Formed a unique cultural landscape. College students are young and passionate, active thinking, willing to accept new things, they have naturally become a post-modern trend of thought, post-modern culture, post-modern thinking receiver. Participants, communicators and creators have a great impact on their way of thinking and way of life. Post-modern thoughts have expanded the vision of college students and provided a new way of thinking and life. Improve their critical and innovative ability and focus on the marginalized and vulnerable groups, conducive to the development of their awareness of environmental protection. At the same time, the impact of post-modern trends of thought is easy to go to another disadvantage. It makes college students fall into the misunderstandings of "moral relativism" and "historical nihilism", makes them lose their ideal and faith, and hedonism and money worship will erode their self-improvement. The spiritual pursuit of hard struggle, deconstruction and ridicule are also easy to dispel the influence of the socialist mainstream values, reduce the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and face the background of post-modern trend of thought. The ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should be brave to face, guide rationally, learn from the reasonable elements of postmodernism, improve the teacher-student relationship and specific teaching methods. In the face of the negative side of postmodern trend of thought, rational analysis and active guidance should be made in order to avoid its adverse effects on college students. On the basis of synthetically analyzing the background of postmodernism, the characteristics of theory and the present situation of communication in China, this paper objectively and dialectically analyses its influence on the positive and negative aspects of contemporary college students. Then the author points out that the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should face the reality, keep pace with the times, actively respond to the challenges, and in the context of multiculturalism. Especially in the face of the negative influence of the post-modern trend of thought, colleges and universities should increase the propaganda and education of the socialist core value system, and use the socialist core value system to lead the multicultural trend of thought. And puts forward emphatically to strengthen the university student's cultural consciousness and the recognition to the socialist core value system; The traditional subject-object relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities needs to be changed to build a new teacher-student relationship based on inter-subjectivity in order to cope with the new environment and better practice the people-oriented principle. To improve the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Aiming at the change of the new environment, the author also discusses the innovation of the ways and methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, including the reform of teaching methods and the application of the network position. The influence of the backbone of students, the construction of campus culture and the construction of college counselors.
