【摘要】:新时期的大学生大都出生于20世纪九十年代以后,具有较高的智力和知识水平,正处于人生观、世界观、价值观形成的关键阶段。以"90后"为代表的新时期大学生群体,呈现出更复杂的特点,也带来了培养的挑战。与此同时,随着高校的逐年扩招,大学生群体规模越来越大,高校辅导员管理青年大学生的难度也水涨船高,通过大学生干部的培养来影响大学生的各个群体成为高校辅导员进行有效管理的一种重要途径。培养大学生干部,是高校辅导员日常的重要工作,也是管理更广泛学生的有效手段。本文首先从学生干部的概念入手,结合新时期的时代特点分析了高校学生干部培养面临的挑战,阐述了学生干部培养的理论依据、历史经验和重要意义。其次,总结了南京财经大学学生干部培养的具体做法,利用调查问卷的结果,分析了南京财经大学学生干部培养取得的成效与存在的问题。再次,通过文献研究归纳了美国高校学生干部培养的理论和方法,尤其是在培养理念、组织架构、培养方式和激励制度四个方面的有价值的经验。最后,基于南京财经大学的具体情况,从培养理念提升、组织架构优化、丰富培养手段、建立激励措施四个角度提出了提高高校学生干部的思想教育、能力培养、情绪管理水平的具体建议。
[Abstract]:A new era of college students, mostly born in twentieth Century after 90s, with high intelligence and knowledge level, is in the outlook on life, world outlook, values of the key stage of the formation of college students in the new era. As the representative of the "90", presents the characteristics of more complex, also brought a culture challenge. At the same time, with the enlargement of enrollment in the year, college students increasingly large scale, management of college counselors of young college students is also rising, through the cultivation of college student cadres to various groups of college students has become an important way for college counselors. The cultivation of College students' effective management of cadres is an important work of college counselors daily, but also an effective means of management more students. This paper starts from the concept of student cadres, combining with the characteristics of the times in the new period of college student cadres training challenges And expounds the theoretical basis of student cadre training, historical experience and significance. Secondly, summarizes the practice of Nanjing University of Finances and Economics student cadre training, using the results of the questionnaire, analyzes the achievements of the cultivation of Nanjing University of Finances and Economics student cadres and the existing problems. Thirdly, through literature research, summarizes the theories and methods of the cultivation of college student cadres especially, the organizational structure in the training concept, training four aspects and incentive system of the valuable experience. Finally, based on the practical situation of Nanjing University of Finances and Economics, from the concept of training, organizational structure optimization, rich culture means, establish four aspects of incentive measures are put forward to improve the ideological education of college student cadres training specific recommendations, emotion management level.
