民族院校大学生幸福感调查研究

【摘要】：21世纪初，积极心理学进入人们的视野。研究人的优秀品质和积极心理有利于促进人的全面发展和社会的进步。幸福感研究正是在这种大环境中展开的，培养学生幸福感的获得有利于学生的心理健康发展和人格的健康成长。这既是教育的目标，也是人类自身发展的追求。与此同时，多元文化的发展成为世界发展的潮流。民族院校中大部分是少数民族学生，这决定着民族院校与生俱来的文化多元性。本研究使用《综合幸福感问卷》对中央民族大学、中南民族大学和湖北民族学院三所民族院校进行调查，得到402个民族院校大学生有效样本。对研究数据从性别、民族、生源地、是否独生子女、学科、年级、学校等7个变量来检测民族院校大学生幸福感的总体状况及在各个因子上的差异性，并与其他院校进行比较。研究结果表明：1、民族院校大学生在总体幸福感上明显高于普通院校大学生。2、在总体幸福感、生活满意度和友好关系维度上女生都显著高于男生；而在负性情感上男生显著高于女生。3、在总体幸福感和生活满意维度上城镇学生明显高于农村学生。4、在总体幸福感得分上独生子女明显高于非独生子女。5、在自我价值这个维度上，民族院校大四学生明显高于大三学生。总体幸福感在年级阶段上呈现螺旋上升。6、在总体幸福感上，理工科大学生略高于其他学科，在负性情感这个维度上，文科学生明显高于其他三类学科的大学生；在生命活力这个维度上，理工科和经管类大学生较高；在利他行为这个维度上，法学类的大学生高于其他学科。7、在总体幸福感上，，中央民族大学和中南民族大学的大学生明显高于湖北民院的大学生；在负性情感这个维度上，中央民族大学的学生明显高于其他两所学校；在生命活力、友好关系和人格成长这三个维度上，中南民族大学的学生高于其他两所学校。8、总体幸福感在民族这个变量上不存在显著差异。少数民族在总体幸福感上略高于汉族大学生，满族、苗族、壮族的幸福感略高。基于以上的分析结果，本研究提出以下的对策:加强民族院校大学生积极心理教育，促进大学生心理健康发展；加强文化交流，建设和谐校园，提高幸福感。重视学生个体差异和民族差异，促进学生全面发展。
[Abstract]:In the beginning of the 21st century , positive psychology has entered people ' s field of view . The study of good quality and positive psychology is beneficial to the development of human beings and the progress of society . It is the goal of education and the pursuit of human development . At the same time , the development of multi - culture becomes the trend of the development of the world . At the same time , the development of multi - culture becomes the trend of the development of the world . At the same time , the development of multi - culture is the trend of the development of the world . At the same time , the development of multi - culture is the trend of the development of the world . The study shows that the total well - being of college students is higher than that of other two schools . In general well - being , there are no significant differences among the students in universities of science and engineering . Based on the above analysis results , the following countermeasures are put forward : strengthening college students ' active psychological education , promoting the development of mental health of college students , strengthening cultural exchange , building harmonious campus , and improving well - being .
