【摘要】：甘肃民办高校辅导员队伍是民办高校教师队伍的重要组成部分，是民办高校从事思想政治教育工作，开展民办大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和领路人，它不但影响着民办高校校风、教风和学风的良好形成，而且直接影响到民办高校的人才培养质量和可持续发展。为此，我们必须在“以人为本”的管理理念下，从民办高校可持续发展的角度出发，面对甘肃民办高校面临的现实和辅导员队伍建设的现状和问题，深刻认识到辅导员队伍建设在新形势下的重要性和紧迫性，不断探索民办高校辅导员队伍建设的新对策，为民办高校辅导员队伍的可持续发展提供坚强的保证。紧密结合中共中央国务院颁发的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》（中发[2004]16号）文件，2005年中华人民共和国教育部颁发的《关于加强和改进高等学校辅导员、班主任队伍建设的意见》以及2006年教育部颁发的第24号令《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设的规定》要求，以加强和改进民办高校辅导员队伍建设，办好人民满意的民办高等教育为出发点，在研读、借鉴、总结和归纳的基础上，分析了梳理了我省民办高校在短短的十几年发展中取得的主要成绩，存在的主要问题以及面临的机遇和挑战。旨在为辅导员队伍建设提供理论和实践依据，为进一步了解辅导员队伍中存在的问题和原因分析打下坚实的基础。为了更深入地了解甘肃民办高校辅导员队伍建设的实际情况，以获取第一手资料。笔者采用抽样调查的方式对甘肃六所民办高校的一些管理部门、学生和辅导员本人分别进行了问卷调查。运用SPSS13.0数据分析软件对调查采集的数据做了细致的分析，并结合自己曾经在民办高校工作过程中的一些亲身体会，全面查找出甘肃民办高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的主要问题：即辅导员队伍综合素质亟需提高；队伍存在不稳定因素；敬业精神欠佳责任心亟待加强；教育科学研究的意识亟待增强。以此为基础，进一步对队伍整体情况作出估价，，得出如下结论：队伍结构得到优化；培养机制基本形成；管理体制得到改善。结合目前甘肃民办高校辅导员队伍建设的现状和问题，发现甘肃民办高校在辅导员队伍建设的过程中面临着多种因素：即政策及办学环境的因素；学校管理层面的因素；辅导员自身的因素。在此基础上，为了突出民办高校辅导员队伍建设的重点，积极探索了“建设怎么样的队伍，如何去建设”的问题，研究提出加强和改进民办高校辅导员队伍建设的主要策略：加大民办高校辅导员队伍建设的支持力度；着力促进民办高校辅导员队伍建设制度化；加强辅导员队伍建设的职业道德素养；提升辅导员的职业幸福感；探寻辅导员队伍专业化职业化发展路径是甘肃民办高校辅导员队伍建设的必然趋势。
[Abstract]:It is an important part of the teachers ' team in the private colleges and universities in Gansu Province . It is the backbone of the college students ' ideological and political education . It affects the quality and sustainable development of college students ' ideological and political education . This paper analyzes the main achievements , main problems and opportunities and challenges faced by the Ministry of Education issued by the Ministry of Education of the People ' s Republic of China in 2005 . In order to know more deeply about the actual situation of the construction of the counselor team in the private colleges and universities in Gansu Province , the author makes a detailed analysis of the data collected by some management departments , students and counsellors in six private colleges and universities in Gansu Province by means of sampling survey . The author makes a comprehensive appraisal on the overall situation of the contingent by using the SPSS 13.0 data analysis software , and concludes that the team structure is optimized ; the training mechanism is basically formed ; and the management system is improved . On the basis of the present situation and problems of the construction of the counselor team in the private colleges and universities in Gansu Province , it is found that there are many factors in the construction of the counselor team in Gansu private colleges : the factors of the policy and the school environment ; the factors of the school management level ; the factors of the counselor ' s own . On the basis of this , the paper puts forward the main strategies to strengthen and improve the construction of the counselor team in the private colleges and universities .
