【摘要】:高校产学研合作把企业对知识的实践应用能力和学研机构对知识的创新能力加以整合,推动知识创新与市场融合、加快科研成果转化,促进经济可持续性发展。而我国现阶段正处于经济发展的转型期,国内外环境变幻莫测,不确性环境会阻碍产学研合作创新水平的提升,延缓经济可持续性发展势头。为此,研究如何培育和增强高校产学研合作主体动态能力建设,有效抵御环境变化带来的威胁,提升高校产学研合作绩效具有重要的价值。 首先,论文对高校产学研合作绩效、产学研合作中知识转移和知识整合、动态能力等相关变量的概念进行了界定,并把动态能力分为环境洞察能力、学习能力和整合能力三个维度,细化对动态能力的研究;其次,在综述以往研究基础上,对动态能力与高校产学研合作绩效、高校产学研合作中知识转移和知识整合间的关系进行了梳理,基于此,提出动态能力对高校产学研合作绩效影响的理论模型和相关研究假设;再次,,基于进行实证调查所收集的一手数据资料,根据结构方程对理论模型进行实证检验,验证研究假设。验证结果表明,动态能力对产学研合作绩效产生的直接影响路径不显著,而是经由知识转移和知识整合的中介作用间接对其产生影响;最后,在对实证结果进行深入分析的基础上,分别从动态能力、知识转移和知识整合三个方面提出提升高校产学研合作绩效的对策。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of production, college, research and research in colleges and universities integrates the practical and applied ability of enterprises to knowledge and the ability of learning and research institutions to innovate knowledge, promote the integration of knowledge innovation and market, and accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements. Promote the sustainable development of the economy. At this stage, China is in the transition period of economic development, the environment at home and abroad is unpredictable, the uncertainty of the environment will hinder the improvement of innovation level of industry-university-research cooperation. To delay the momentum of sustainable economic development, this paper studies how to cultivate and strengthen the dynamic capacity building of the main body of cooperation between production, college and research in colleges and universities, and effectively resist the threat of environmental change. It is of great value to improve the cooperation performance of production, college and research in colleges and universities. First of all, the paper defines the concepts of the related variables, such as the cooperation performance, knowledge transfer, knowledge integration, dynamic ability and so on, and divides the dynamic ability into environmental insight ability. Learning ability and integration ability are three dimensions to refine the study of dynamic ability; Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the previous research, this paper combs the relationship between dynamic ability and the cooperation performance of university, the relationship between knowledge transfer and knowledge integration in the cooperation. The theoretical model and related research hypotheses of the influence of dynamic ability on the performance of industry, college and research cooperation in colleges and universities are put forward. Thirdly, based on the primary data collected from the empirical investigation, the theoretical model is empirically tested according to the structural equation, and the hypothesis of the research is verified. The direct influence of dynamic ability on the performance of industry-university-research cooperation is not significant, but is indirectly influenced by the intermediary role of knowledge transfer and knowledge integration. Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the empirical results, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the cooperation performance of production, teaching and research in colleges and universities from three aspects: dynamic ability, knowledge transfer and knowledge integration.
