大学文化视野下研究生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：研究生思想政治教育是当前高校“立德树人”工作的重要内容。我国研究生思想政治教育取得了一定的成果,但是当前高等教育存在功利主义的心态,依旧存在“重学术、轻思想;重学位,轻管理”的现象。论文旨在探索如何利用大学文化的育人功能来提高研究生思想政治教育的实效性。论文采用文献分析法和问卷调查法的方法。以大学文化为视角,首先对大学文化的相关内容进行梳理,提出大学文化具有育人的功能这一观点。然后对研究生思想政治教育现状进行问卷调查,以研究生为调查对象,以对研究生思想政治教育的主体和高校对研究生进行思想政治教育的内容和影响为主要调查项目,利用excel和sas10.3软件,将抽象的研究生思想政治教育现状具体化、数据化,直观显示当前研究生思想政治教育的情况,提出当前研究生思想政治教育存在着理念缺失、手段失当和机制失调的问题。最后通过分析大学文化与思想政治教育的关系,提出了充分发挥大学文化的育人功能,以大学文化为基点增强研究生思想政治教育的实效性,用大学文化构建研究生思想政治教育理念、用大学文化创新研究生思想政治教育手段、用大学文化完善研究生思想政治教育机制。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of graduate students is an important part of the work of "establishing morality and building people" in colleges and universities at present. The ideological and political education of graduate students in our country has made some achievements, but there is a utilitarian mentality in higher education at present. There is still "emphasis on academic, not thinking;" A heavy degree. Light management " The purpose of this paper is to explore how to make use of the educational function of university culture to improve the effectiveness of postgraduates' ideological and political education. First of all, to sort out the relevant content of university culture, put forward the point of view that university culture has the function of educating people, and then carry out a questionnaire survey on the status quo of ideological and political education of postgraduates, taking graduate students as the object of investigation. Taking the content and influence of ideological and political education for graduate students as the main body and the content and influence of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the main investigation items, using excel and sas10.3 software. The abstract ideological and political education of graduate students is concretized, digitalized, and the current situation of ideological and political education of graduate students is displayed directly. It is pointed out that there is a lack of ideas in the current ideological and political education of graduate students. Finally, by analyzing the relationship between college culture and ideological and political education, the author puts forward to give full play to the educational function of university culture. Based on university culture to enhance the effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political education, using university culture to construct the concept of graduate ideological and political education, and to use university culture to innovate the means of graduate ideological and political education.
